“It’s more fun in the Philippines” is what they say,

But is that what the people’s faces really portray?

From the people who are currently dying of poverty

To the children who have unprepared teenage pregnancy.

From the hard times of unemployment

To the physical and sexual harassment  .

The Philippines is your birthplace; the Philippines is my comfort place,

But in your hearts I know it got replaced.

All you dream is to go to Japan, Korea, France, U.S., Spain, Italy, or Dubai

Without a second thought, you wish to leave the Philippines without even saying goodbye.

But for the few who wish to help our country and for the others that will help eventually,

Change yourselves and do hard work; to help one another and make this place tranquil and better.
