Christmas day was the most special, because on Christmas Day my big brother came home, and we were able to gather again and celebrate Christmas together after not celebrating Christmas together for a long time. The warmth and laughter reminded me of the true spirit of Christmas-togetherness and gratitude.

I also spent time with school friends preparing for the ALM concert. Apart from that, I also spend my vacation time with my classmates. Though simple, these moments brought peace and joy. This holiday may not have been adventurous, but it was exactly what I needed—rest and quality time with loved ones.

However, there were a few days when I got the chance to go out for a short trip with my family. There's a day where i went to Drini Beach. That day, the weather was not too sunny so it was nice to play with my sibling on the beach. I also ride a kayak there. The view is actually very beautiful, but the conditions there were pretty crowded so it's pretty hard to enjoy playing there.

The following weekend, my family and I went to Purworejo to visit my grandparents grave and met some of my relatives that live there.

Overall, my holiday was a mix of relaxing at home but also going for a short trip and I truly enjoyed the quality time i spent with my family. So it reminded me that a simple moment can be meaningful if you spend it with your loved ones.

In addition, I went to Salatiga with my family to visit my grandfather and nyekar. We also went to Dlingo to nyekar with our extended family. This trip brought me closer to my siblings. This holiday was really fun and refreshing before going back to school.

And after that, my aunt came from Makassar to Yogyakarta. We were like tour guides, taking them to every tourist destination. I was happy to be reunited with my family.

At my grandparents’ house, I mostly spent time lying on the bed and watching movies. On Sunday, we returned to Jogja. After that, I spent the rest of my holiday at home. On Monday, I went to a BBQ night with my classmates at Mahes’ house. On New Year’s Eve, my family and I celebrated quietly at home

But luckily, one day i went to my friend's house. There, my friends and i cooked instan noodle (5 packs of indomie jumbo rendang flavour) and then eat it together while watching movie (The Hunger Games). We talked a lot, shared our story then we ended the day eating kebab while watching the sunsets. It was a beautiful day because i really love to spend my time with my friends.

During my recent holiday, I didn’t go anywhere far. Instead, I spent most of my time at home with my family. Although it was simple, it was filled with warmth and happiness.

One of the highlights of my holiday was having meals together with my family. We went to several restaurants we had never tried before. The food was delicious, but what made it special was the time we spent talking and laughing together. It felt great to reconnect and share stories after our busy routines.

Even though I didn’t travel or do anything fancy, this holiday was meaningful because I got to spend quality time with the people I love most

A few days later, my classmates organized a BBQ night. Everyone brought something to share, and we grilled everything from sausages to meat slices. The food was amazing, but the laughter made it truly memorable. It felt great to relax and have fun with everyone.

I also hang out with my family. We went to Semarang via prambanan toll road because it was free and cut the time 2 hours. We visited Pakuwon Mall, kota tua semarang, lawang sewu, and we stayed overnight in hotel ciputra semarang.

On Christmas, my family got together and we celebrated by eating lots of food, meatballs, chicken rice, empek-empek, and others.

Then, last Monday, my classmates and I had a barbecue party. It was a great way to end the holiday.

One night, I had a "bakar-bakar" session with my junior high school friends and Limbad.

On New Year’s Eve, I celebrated at church with everyone.

However, at the beginning of the year, I go to my auntie’s house in Pacitan to celebrate the newborn! I work a lot during the festive and I’m glad to be there to help my auntie. When I’m in Pacitan, I also go to Klayar Beach before heading back to Yogyakarta. It’s been a long and fun trip, but I totally am thrilled!

On December 25, I visited my grandparents in Solo. My family and I left in the morning. Unfortunately the road was jammed because it coincided with Christmas Day. Therefore, we arrived around 11 o'clock. I stayed for 5 days with my family there.

But in one day I spent time with my sister to Kaliurang, more precisely to Karang Pramuka. We went around 9 o'clock and arrived there at 10 o'clock. We went to Karang Pramuka to play scooters. When we got there, the place was very crowded and there were many visitors from outside. So we had to wait about 1 hour to wait for the scooter. We went around the Karang Pramuka area to Tlogo Putri for 30 minutes. After we played scooters, we ate at Yamie Panda. We ate noodles and drank lemon tea there. After that we went home around 12 o'clock.

Overall, my vacation was more relaxing at home but also a short trip and I really enjoyed my vacation. Even though the vacation was short, it was very meaningful

We were so caught up in the moment that we didn't even notice how late it was. Before we knew it, it was already 3 AM, and we finally decided to sleep. The next morning, we woke up around 9 AM to get ready for breakfast. We decided to go out for Soto Ngadiran, a local dish we all love. Instead of driving, we took a bajai, which made the trip even more fun and memorable. On the way back home, we unexpectedly bumped into Izam, a junior from our school. It was such a nice surprise.

The next day I traveled to my friend's house abroad, which was called SEWONDERLAND. At my friend's place, we spent a relaxed day just enjoying each other's company. We mostly watched some Netflix shows, laughing and gossiping together. The cozy atmosphere made everything feel perfect, and we were so comfortable just hanging out together.

For a snack, we decided to make Samyang noodles. Afterward, we spent some time enjoying the beautiful view from my friend's house. They had a golf course right in their backyard. We sat outside for a while, while chatting and watching people play golf in the distance.

On the second week of vacation, I spent more time at home. I usually woke up at 5am to do the morning prayer, then I went back to sleep. When I woke up, I spent more time playing games with my friends, scrolling social media, watching series, and reading books.

On 28th December, my family and I decided to go on a short trip to a villa in Jogja. At the villa, I spent most of my time swimming in the pool and enjoying the air, because at the time the air was refreshing and calming and at night we had a barbecue. However, the next day, we had to go back to our house because my brother and my sister had work.

As for New Year's Eve, I ended up staying at home since I'm personally the kind of person who does not like to go out to celebrate New Year's Eve.

On the second day, I went out to meet up with my elementary school friends. We spent the whole day together, having fun and talking about old memories.

At home, I also did other things like helping my parents clean, visiting relatives, and hanging out with friends in my neighborhood. We spent time chatting, cooking, playing Uno and sharing stories about our lives.

These fun moments lasted until New Year's Eve. We did many things together, making the holiday even more special.

My vacation ended on Wednesday when I was busy preparing to go back to school. I checked and bought the supplies I needed for the first day. This vacation provided many great memories for me.

One day during the holidays my friends and I went for a walk to Solo we left around 6 am to the nearest bus stop, after that we got off at the Malioboro 1 bus stop and continued walking to get on the Jogja-Solo KRL at Tugu station, that morning it was quite crowded, we got on the KRL around 8 am, after 1 hour of travel we arrived at Solo Balapan station, we bought food for breakfast at Indomaret, after that we continued on the Solo Batik bus to our first destination which was Pura Mangkunegaran, entering the Pura Mangkunegaran area we paid a ticket of 30 thousand, the ticket was cashless, after that we went around Pura Mangkunegaran accompanied by a guide, Pura Mangkunegaran was very spacious, we were amazed because it was really cool, after finishing from Pura Mangkunegaran we walked to find lunch, we had lunch at a warteg, my friend ate soto while I bought stir-fried mushroom rice, after that we continued to the second destination, which was Kauman Batik Village, in Kauman Batik Village we just took pictures at several photo spots then stopped at one of the batik shops, after being tired from walking around all day, we headed to Solo Balapan station and continued our journey with the Solo-Jogja KRL, that afternoon the KRL was really very crowded so we didn't get a seat and had to stand for 1 hour on the way home, after arriving at Tugu Station we went home by bus and went home

Overall, my vacation was fun because I could spend time relaxing at home and strolling around solo, I truly enjoyed time I spent with my friend

After a night of cheerful celebration with gifts and grilling, we set off on a day of excursions. We visited 'Telaga putri', 'Kali talang', 'Ledok sambi', and 'Kaliyana resort' before wrapping up at 'Alun-alun'. However, I sprained my ankle during 'Kali talang's hike, leaving me mostly immobile. Despite the pain, I watched as my friends continued to explore 'Alun- alun' while I waited in the car.

We then decided it was enough as the sky was already dark. We went back to one of our friend's house as we spent another night there. The trip was awesome as we got to celebrate each other in December while deepening our bonds. I hope in 2025, we can go on such a trip again.

din dongg, I arrived in Jogja at 9 pm, on Mother's Day. To be honest, my mother doesn't like cakes with a lot of cream, so I bought her a salad. In the morning, I said "Happy mother's day, Mom +1 day" and my mother said "salad oh my god I really like it" ekekek. After that, I carried out my activities as usual when I had a school holiday. But, I checked 1 resolution, what is it? Every morning and evening (if it's not raining), my sister and I cycle around the house and get super sweaty, hehe. and I watched a lot of dramas and movies, read a lot of books, and ate a lot of food (oh no)

When my parents have a day off, I shout “when are we going on holiday together?”. That day my mother said "hmcsh, are you going to Magelang?" "What for?" Waiting to New Year, i just do a normal activities again at my lovely home while thinking, "well, I'll be at school soon, but I have to be sure that I have to like school and survive."

Then I hang out with my junior high school friends. I haven't seen them in a long time, maybe it's been a year since we met. we went to make small crafts from airdry clay near malioboro. We made matching keychain. Its fun meeting them again after a long time.

After that I didn't go anywhere anymore. Because it was almost Christmas, I was often at home. I spent most of the time having a quality time with my phone. I slept late and woke up past noon. And before I knew it, I was back at school. Thats all i do on holiday

During my holiday, I also decided to visit Gembira Loka. It brought me so much joy, especially since the last time I went there was when I was a child. While I was there, I had the chance to interact with various animals, like feeding alpacas, sheep, Sumatran elephants, and others. I also enjoyed Gembira Loka by riding pedal boat. The whole experience really brought back fond memories from my childhood.

I went on holiday to Bali by car and passed through a very long toll road. During my trip to Bali, I visited to some place and rented a Jeep to explore the place, where there were monkeys, peacocks, mouse deer and buffalo. Before crossing to Bali, I stayed at the hotel to rest because it was getting late. Then in the morning I crossed to Bali by boat.

While in bali, I saw a lot of tourists in famous places. In Bali, I visited several places such as GWK, Kuta beach, Besakih temple, Melasti beach, Uluwatu. When I finished in Bali, I crossed over again by boat and stayed overnight in Malang to rest.

In addition, I went to beach with my family. This trip brought me closer to my siblings and family. This holiday was really fun and refreshing before going back to school. Cause i have a lot more time to spend with my family.

One time, my little sister and I was invited by my uncle to watch the new sonic 3 movie together. It was really fun, the movie was good and we really enjoyed it. After the movie, we ate at a nearby restaurant, then go to Gramedia. In there, my little sister bought some books while i bought a headphone. Before we go home, my uncle suggested to go to a restaurant that have and arcade machine in them, we were intrigued and decided to visit it. There, we play some games like street fighter, and tekken. When all's done, we went back home.

For New Year's Eve, my family and I didn't go out and watch fireworks, but we chose to just have a barbecue at home. because Jogja is very crowded and my mom doesn't like crowds so, we just stayed at home.

Oh also we visit the PosBloc building during in Batavia (Jakarta) to visit a book bazaar the that currently happens on that place, there are various book that showed for sale; the books is such as new books and also antique books, or even the rare books. I bought one book in Dutch language by title “Tarzan van de apen” or in english is Tarzan of the apes. And in the National Museum, i saw many of the artifact from the Classical Kingdom, but not only that, they also have the prehistoric room where it’s intended for prehistoric subject in Indonesia.

And maybe that’s all i had for my last holiday story. For TMII is quite long tales and for Monas i only visited the outside area and not inside the building because too many people + it’s hot in Jakarta, also for Kota Tua is because TOO CROWDED. Alright so that’s all.

There we had a staycation at one of the comfortable and well-known hotels, namely Hotel D'Emmerick. many pleasant facilities such as a swimming pool with beautiful views and a beautiful hotel building. My sister and I also played archery, there we also played with cute rabbits.

On the second day at around 6 in the morning, our family went to enjoy an off-road jeep ride to the top of Telomoyo. During the trip to the top of Telomoyo we saw various beautiful mountain views such as Mount Merbabu, Mount Andhong, and so on. There are a total of 7 mountains that we can see during the trip.

Apart from going on holiday to Telomoyo with my family, I also went on holiday with my school friends, we did easy hiking on one of Kaliurang's hills, namely Plunyon. There we had fun together but we were hit by heavy rain which required us to go home early.

During the holidays I also do various fun activities with my family such as eating together, going to Pakuwon, watching films, going ice skating at Sch and other fun activities. So the conclusion is, I really enjoyed my holiday!

While in Jogja, I didn't visit many tourist attractions. I happened to join the campus tour ugm with my friends. It was exciting and made me even more excited to get into UGM in 2026. Besides that, I also watched 2nd miracle in cell no. 7. From the beginning of the movie, I cried. This movie is worth it to watch. After watching the movie, I went to kidz station, toys kingdom, and lastly Oh Some! to look for bricks because I like to put together the toys.

One day, Aya and I made time to see "Mufasa: The Lion King" at the cinema, though I found it to be mediocre compared to the original film. After the movie, we exchanged Christmas presents and it was a such a joyful moment.

The New Year's celebration with my family featured a barbecue dinner. I went to bed around twenty minutes before the new year. My sleep was disrupted by fireworks, but I weren't bothered by it.

On this holidays, my family spent our vacation only in Jogja. We explored various foods that we wanted to try. All the roads in Jogja are filled with traffic jams because there are many vehicles from outside the city.

The first week, on Wednesday 18 Dec, i went to Solo with my elementary school bestfriend. That was our 2nd meet for this year, because we're so busy on this year. It's so fun to met them again after a long month we don't see each others. We went to so many viral places in solo, like pasar gedhe, lokannata gallery, and many more. The next day i went out with my family, we looking for a viral foods in jogja, and implusive buying happened. i felt sorry for myself because i ate a lot that day. The others day im just bad rotting in my own room, watching dramas or movies, and stay in gadget all the time. In total i finished 3 dramas and 4 films on this week

The second week, on wednesday, 25 Dec, i went to cafe, photo studio and my friend house with my senior high school friends, that was so fun too. And on the wednesday night i'm watching movies with my big family. That's all for this week, my 2nd week was fulled by watching on handphone and my laptop for dramas and movies. And for this week, i already finished 21 films and 5 dramas. Actually, it's an achievement for me

However, there were several days when my aunt's family visited my house and stayed at my house for vacation. Therefore, my family and I encouraged my aunt's family to go to Merapi Mount. We went there by car, but unfortunately when we got there the weather was cloudy so we couldn't see the peak of Merapi Mount clearly. Finally we went home and stopped to eat at Kopi Klotok. Even though the weather was not favorable, the short trip was quite enjoyable.

Overall, my holiday was very enjoyable because I could spend my time going out with my family and of course I could laze around at home. I can finish the books I want to read and watch Kdramas which was postponed due to busy school schedules. That's all my short story about my holiday

Another day I had a barbecue with my high school friends at Aurel's house. There we had a barbecue and made a TikTok, the funny thing is we wore a dress code of pajamas, some wore pajamas and house dresses.

On New Year's Eve, I celebrated New Year with my boyfriend. I had a barbercue and watched fireworks at the monument. There were many people selling food and drinks, without realizing it there was someone selling flowers, my boyfriend bought the flowers without my knowledge and gave them to me, I was very happy❤️

At home sometimes I play Roblox with my sister. I also help her to do her homework because she is in 6th grade. At new year's eve, my family plans to grill corn at the yard. We also watch a movie together while waiting midnight. That's all my holiday.

After walking around and exploring, we felt tired, so we stopped at a small food stall nearby. We enjoyed warm drinks and mendoan while looking at the amazing scenery. It felt very peaceful. At 12 p.m., we decided to head back to Yogyakarta.

We also visited a recreation park and enjoyed the stunning view at Teras Merbabu. We also had a blast at a water park, splashing around and having fun.

It wasn’t just about the places we visited but the memories we made together. This holiday was truly unforgettable!

Middle of holidays, my family and I visited my grandparent's house. We passed mount Lawu and took the time to eat and enjoying the view.

I often helped my parents to do chores. Other than that, I'd spend my day playing games that I recently addicted to. I was too addicted, I ended up pulling an all nighter until 4am. Well, that sounds pretty MUCH unproductive, I admit. :v

I also went to a convention called Comipara with my friend. We saw a lot of cosplayers, took some photos with them, bought some merch, and bought a light novel of my favorite show. We met two of our friends there (they were participating in that event) and it was fun! :3

At Christmas Eve, I attended the Christmas Eve eucharist, as common catholics would do. Also let me tell you something funny: I didn't celebrate New Year's eve.

This'll sound ridiculous but I did fall asleep at New Year's Eve. I was just casually laying on my bed at 8pm, scrolling through my phone, and then, all of a sudden I woke up at two. And the year has changed. The most funny part is, even my whole family was asleep during New Year! We didn't get to see the fireworks ... T-T

I also played playstation with my friends from school, we even watched horror at that place.

On new year's eve, me and my sister was cooking beef and chips(fries). I ended up finishing like a quarter left of it. The amount of fat and oil was MASSIVE. I've never felt so unhealthy. We didn't wait for the countdown, we played A Way Out. We have no idea that it was new year already.

Day one? I checked out my report card from the first semester of grade 11. Not gonna lie, my grades were better than I thought I deserved. That kinda hit me, so I decided to get serious about studying in the second semester.

Day two was chill. I kicked off the morning watching anime at dawn and wrapped up a movie called "Mononoke The Movie: The Phantom in The Rain". Pretty dope. Later in the afternoon, I hit up tutoring class.

On day three, I crashed at my grandma’s place. Nothing crazy went down, but I had the comfiest sleep ever. The next day, I bounced back home ‘cause I had tutoring again.

The next two days were all about cleaning the house, reading 200 manhwa chapters (yup, I went hard), and doing stuff I couldn’t during school days. Same vibe the next day too. Then, I hit up the mall with my squad. We had a blast at a photobooth, did some shopping, and just chilled.

For the next five days, it was back to the usual—cleaning the crib and grinding through hundreds of manhwa chapters again. But then, my cousin rolled into Jogja, and we hit up some museums and iconic spots around the city. That was a vibe.

And just like that, the break was over. January 2nd rolled around, and I was back to school.

For most of December, though, I was pretty much at home. I decided to dive back into *One Piece*, picking up from episode 418 and binge-watching all the way to episode 533. If you’ve never watched it, *One Piece* is one of those anime with such rich storytelling and world-building that it’s impossible not to get hooked. Sure, some people might think I was being a bit of a “nolep” (no life) during that time, but they just don’t understand the depth and excitement of the story. It was honestly such a rewarding experience to immerse myself in it.

Things got more social again on December 30th when my middle school friends came over for a sleepover. It was so nice catching up with them. The next morning, we visited one of our old teachers in Sendangarum, Sleman, and then had breakfast at Tlogo Putri in Kaliurang. It felt like a mini reunion, and it was heartwarming to reconnect with people who’ve been part of my life for so long.

After my middle school friends left, I spent time with a close friend from elementary school. Yes, we’re still as close as ever, and it’s amazing how some friendships just stand the test of time. On December 31st, we celebrated New Year’s Eve together by grilling sausages and onions while watching the fireworks light up the sky. It was such a simple yet perfect way to welcome the new year—good food, great company, and a sense of gratitude for the moments we shared.

maybe 1 thing I also do is, if I'm bored I go out for a walk. it's a little entertaining and calms my mind.

something that might be special is that I celebrate Christmas. which is held in the middle of the night. strange, but it is my obligation as a Christian. when in church there is drama. don't really remember but it's quite interesting. The end of my holiday was filled with beautiful memories with dinner with family. and on the last day of the holiday I could only think about how time could go by so fast.

After that, my family brings me along with them to Malaysia for 4 days. It's been a while since we go somewhere outside of Java. It was tiring but fun nonetheless. The highlight of that trip is probably the giant bookstore that they have in one of their malls with a literal cafe upstairs

one of my personal achievements this holiday is finishing 50 episodes of a drama series in a week. The story is really good, really sad, and the ending is really satisfying

And for the rest of the days, I just sleep, eat, draw, watch YouTube videos, scrolling through Tiktok and Instagram like usual.

That's my holiday and I rate it a 10/10 would do it again but with more sleep👍👍

It was morning when i got there, the airport has heater so i didn't immediately get hit by a cold wind (Saw my gf hatsune miku too btw). When i got out it was so cold and the wind is so strong my hair flew everywhere, makes me wonder how people managed to live in this environment.

While waiting for the hotel to check in, my family and i took a stroll in akihabara. So many stores that sold merch so i bought some too for me and my friends. Once we can check in we just take a rest for tomorrow.

The next day we went to amusement park, so many extreme rides and i tried all of them including haunted house. After that we went to have lunch and go to MORI digital museum, it was beautiful and definitely a good place to take pictures.

The next 6 days went blur but basically i went from tokyo to kyoto to osaka. I also visited warner bros studio, tried halal ramen, went to shrine, went to bamboo forest, tried kimono, and went to aquarium. All of them were fun, the foods are delicious too(might be the highlight of this entire vacation).

Same like flying to japan, going back home also took 1 day. This time i flew to China to transit to jakarta and then fly again to Yogyakarta. It was tiring and i miss my cat, so when i went back home i hugged my cat and sleep all day.

i was also planning to visit a waterfall in the jogja area, but we couldn’t because the road was too steep, and we got lost.

not long after, my uncle and aunt came to jogja and invited me and my little brother to join them on a trip to borobudur, prambanan, the merapi jeep lava tour, and heha sky view

i think this was the most fun vacation because i didn’t have to spend much on plane tickets, and it helped cheer me up after just getting dumped by my boyfriend😞

Usually, I use my free time to play games, write, and read stories or watch series. On New Year's Eve, my family and I went to Beran to see a performance and meet my friends who were doing Barata. I also exercise a few times a week.

But I love it more when I play games, read, and write stories.

On the 23rd, we just unloaded our stuff at the house and, since we arrived at night, we only had dinner and went straight to bed. From the 24th to the 31st, we spent the days exploring, going to markets, museums, malls, and trying all the food in Surakarta. On the 31st, we watched the New Year's celebration around the house, and the fireworks were amazing. Finally, on the 1st of January, we headed back home.

I found this holiday to be really exciting because all of my extended family members were home, which made it feel so complete. That's my story. Thank you.

When I felt the need to take a break from my computer and phone screens, I switched to more relaxing viewing activities. I spent time watching various movies and TV series that had long been on my watch list. While lying comfortably on the sofa with my favorite snacks, I enjoyed various genres ranging from action films, comedies, and more. Although my vacation might seem monotonous to some people, for me this was the perfect time to relax and enjoy digital entertainment without having to think about my daily routine.

I also went to play with friends. I went to the mall, then played games together, and went to the park. I did a lot of small activities during the holidays. Unfortunately I never went out of town to enjoy this holiday.

Don't forget, I'm still studying and preparing for the second semester. I open new sources to learn. Apart from learning the subject matter, I also learned new skills in real life. I learned to drive during this holiday.

Overall, nothing special during this holiday. However, I still enjoyed this holiday well. I hope I can learn something during this holiday.

On the second day, we woke up early despite having stayed up late, as we were getting ready to head to Kaliurang. We spent the day riding scooters, going on an easy hike, dining at Ledok Sambi, and relaxing at Kalyana Resort. Later that evening, before heading home, we stopped by Alun-Alun Kidul. I bought grilled octopus and meatballs to share with my friends on the field. After that, we returned home to rest. Exhausted from the day's activities, we all slept soundly that night.

On the third day, we had breakfast together before came home. It's truly a wonderful memory I had with my friends. If my friends read this, I hope they felt the same way as me because I'm so happy to spend the holiday with my friends⁠♡⁠♡

The day after I arrived, I visited a beautiful flower garden in the area. The garden was filled with colorful blooms and had a calming atmosphere. I enjoyed walking around, taking photos, and admiring the natural beauty. After spending some time in my mother’s hometown, I traveled to my father’s hometown. While there, I enjoyed outdoor activities like gardening and cycling around the village. Although my holiday began quietly, visiting both my parents’ hometowns and exploring the beauty of nature made it a memorable and enjoyable way to end the year.

The following weeks, my family planning for a family trip. But, it was canceled because unexpected thing happen. So, i should back to do my daily routine activities like helping my parents to do housework and etc.

But, before my holiday end which in new year eve, my grandparent passed away. That day, half of my family already at my grandparents house since morning, but me and my sister haven't. So we decided to take last schedule KRL to solo which is 10.30 PM. Then move forward, me and my sister should be at home at 1'st of January cause my school start in the next day. So i ended up back to jogja with my cousin car. I was arrived at home around 9 PM. But the bad news is that my gate key was leaved at my grandparents house! so my sister should climb the gate to reached the other key inside😭. Although my holiday lot of surprise, i still grateful and happy. Thank you!

I tried new recipes and experimented with my bread, everything was about food because I love eating and baking so much. Thanks to my dear friends, we planned a girls' night at Rini’s house, so I didn’t have to spend my entire holiday on boring stuff. So, basically, I spent two days more meaningfully and productively. But yeah, just two days, after that? Back to boring days again. Luckily, my childhood friend also invited me to hunt for food promos, so we went to Pakuwon to snack and splurge.

I planned to go on vacation with your family but then, the weather was really uncooperative. That day, my family and I were all ready to go. We were about to get in the car when suddenly, tap-tap-tap-tap, the rain started falling and quickly turned heavy. Our mood dropped instantly, and everyone was disappointed. That's how we got back to our own room in the end. I just went to my uncle's house on my last holiday because my mom missed him.

But my mom, my beloved mom, she couldn’t stand seeing her children being unproductive. So she made us get moving by asking us to help with chores. My house had just been renovated, so there were a lot of things to do, like rearranging and decorating.

On New Year’s, my family and I had a barbecue. It was so much fun and became a memorable experience. We stayed up late to hunt for 1.1 promos and enjoy the fireworks.

That’s how I spent my holiday, a lot of things done, but all at my lovely house. However I did enjoy my holiday. Just when else can I spend my time lying on my bed the whole day? It was also rare for my family and me to have time together.

On new year's eve, my family cooked food like corn and meat with my neighbour and ate it together. We also set off some fireworks and made a video together and then fell asleep. It was a satisfying break that i need in the right time.

Always being at home also makes me feel bored. Therefore, my friends and I made plans to go on holiday to Solo. We haven't seen each other for more than a year. Determining free time to gather together is very difficult. Unfortunately, there was a situation that made us have to choose between postponing our holiday to Solo or continuing but without one of our friends. Confused and disappointed, that's what we feel. Going on holiday to Solo is indeed our wish, but leaving one friend behind is not what we want. Finally we changed our vacation plans. I feel quite relieved, because the new holiday plans can make us get together completely. The holiday still feels exciting even though it doesn't go according to the original plan. With this experience, I learned that togetherness is more important and will make everything more enjoyable.

One of the highlights of my holiday was watching Mamma Mia! for the first time, and I think it’s officially going to be my new comfort movie after The Greatest Showman. The catchy songs and feel-good vibe of the movie made it such a delightful experience.

Besides all the movie marathons, I also spent a lot of time preparing for the ALM choir. The practice sessions were so much fun because I got to work together with my friends and alumni from NMC. It was inspiring to see everyone giving their best and growing together throughout the process. Even though I stayed home most of the time, my holiday felt relaxing yet meaningful, filled with cozy movie marathons, uplifting music, and productive rehearsals.

This past exam holiday felt like a blur of little things, but looking back, it was actually kind of productive in its own way.

I didn’t really do much at first, just some cleaning to set up my laptop properly. It’s amazing how refreshing it feels to have a tidy space to work or relax in. After that, I ended up watching a couple of movies nothing too heavy, just enough to wind down and escape for a bit.

I also got curious about perfumes and spent some time learning about different scents and how they’re made. It’s fascinating how something so small can evoke so many emotions and memories. Along the way, I picked up a few other random skills, like cable management (finally making all those wires look neat!) and even opened a bank account.

It might sound mundane, but these little things taught me a lot how to use spare time well, and how to find joy in simple, inexpensive moments. I guess that’s something worth remembering.

Books became my true escape during this holiday. I immersed myself in their pages, traveling to fantastical worlds, meeting extraordinary characters, and experiencing adventures beyond imagination. Each story felt like a journey, letting me explore places I could only dream of while staying comfortably at home.

When I wasn’t lost in a book, I scrolled through my phone, watching my friends share pictures and videos of their travels. Although their adventures looked exciting, I didn’t feel the need to go anywhere. I also enjoyed watching an action series in my downtime, which added some thrilling moments to my otherwise peaceful days.

On New Year’s Eve, while others celebrated, I chose to keep things simple. Instead of staying up for the fireworks, I went to bed early, feeling content and well-rested.

For me, this vacation wasn’t about exploring new destinations—it was about escaping into the endless fantasies of books and finding joy in the quiet moments. It was a holiday that felt both peaceful and fulfilling in its own unique way.ring the endless worlds within the pages of my books.

I supposed to go to Malang at December 26th. but unfortunately, due to some instance, i cancelled my trip there.

However, i ended up going to Ponorogo with my father at December 31st to attend one of my relative's funeral. It's a one day trip, so i set off at 6 AM from Yogyakarta and already got back here at 11 PM. A trip during the new year's eve was quite an experience tho. The toll road was so empty at that moment, maybe people just want to chill with their family or hang out with friends during new year's eve. And my thought was proven right when we enter Klaten, the shortest road to Yogyakarta which is the city road was closed because there's an event or something. So we must take alternative road to go back to Yogyakarta.

When i got back home, i immidiately take a shower and go straight up to bed to sleep, but the fireworks noise prevent me from sleeping peacefully. In the end, i just open instagram and scroll for 2 hours straight.

I spent my time in 2 weeks just doing these activities repeatedly: waking up, having breakfast, watching a movie, scrolling through social media, taking a bath, watching another movie, watching more movies, sleeping, having dinner, and sleeping. It continued for two weeks. 

Besides that, I've enjoyed my time with my family and friends. I and my friends went to a cheesecake store called 'Cheesecake Expert.' It was delightful! We took a photo and enjoyed our time. Sadly, the holiday time was almost over. Let's get back to the real world.

Nevertheless, the holiday was always fun after all. I had a whale of a time. I can enjoy my quality time after the whole school routine. And I was longing for another fun holiday.

During the holidays I also went out with my two older siblings. We went at night to the mall and wandered around the city of Jogja then continued to have dinner.

On December 31, I celebrated the new year together with my 10th grade friends at Krisna's house. We spent time grilling meat, eating, telling stories, and we also made a tiktok video. As the new year approached we went to the rooftop of the mosque to watch the fireworks. The next morning my friends and I had breakfast at soto dalbe and then went home. That's the story of my vacation, even though it was only for a short time I enjoyed this vacation after the many school activities that I did.

We went to my grandparents from my mom's side house for my uncle's engagement and we stayed there for about 3 days. On 31st of December my family and I visited my grandparents from my dad's side. On New Year's eve i just stayed at home and spent time with my family because we had to go early tomorrow morning to go to Semarang and we went back home at night.

Last holiday, i spent more time to relaxed at home. in the morning i usually help my mom do some housework such as washing clothes, washing dishes, cooked for breakfast, and cleaning my bedroom. However, sometimes after I finished praying, I slept again until 9-10 a.m. In the afternoon or night i occasionally watch a movie, series, and share a lot of story with my family during our dinner.

in the end of december , my friends suddenly made plans to met at the cafe to buy cheesecake😋 and took pictures in the studio.

this holiday is a little bit boring but iam happy because i can spent more time with my family at home.

I started my trip to Jakarta in the afternoon and arrived in the middle of the night. My first day in Jakarta, I went to Pulogadung Industrial Area to survey my sister's workplace. After that I went to Istiqlal Mosque to pray and had lunch at street food around the Senen area. Then I went to district 8 SCBD for photos and shopping. after that I stopped by my old neighbor's house and then went home to the inn in Lippo Bekasi. 

The next day, I traveled to Trans Studio Cibubur. There were various rides, such as formula kart, snow playground, and alien taxi. The ride that I think is fun is Alien Taxi because it is an indoor and dark roller coaster with a very challenging track, which wrapped up my awesome trip 🤩

In the middle of the holiday, I helped my cousin, who is currently in the dental internship phase, by being a patient for her scaling practice. After that, I met up with an old friend from elementary school to catch up. We spent time together singing karaoke, sharing stories about our lives during high school, and enjoying "Ayam Mertua," a viral dish in Jogja known for its delicious taste and affordable price. 

The next day, I went with my boyfriend to take a test before enrolling in INTEN, as preparation for entering university. We worked hard on the questions to secure the best opportunity. I also made time to meet my close friend from middle school. We exchanged stories about our lives after graduation, and I was very happy to see her again.

The last day of 2024, December 31st, became a special moment. I celebrated my boyfriend's younger sibling's birthday with his family. After that, we continued the New Year's Eve tradition with a barbecue together. The night ended beautifully as my boyfriend and I enjoyed the city lights and the lively fireworks display at Ambarukmo Plaza, leaving a deep impression to close the year.

Although this holiday felt a bit boring at times, I thoroughly enjoyed it because I had plenty of time with my beloved friends and family. It was a simple holiday, yet full of meaning and happiness.

The first week, I spent all my vacation time at my home. I didn't have any plans like going on vacation to Malioboro, shopping, or other activities. Every day, I woke up at 5 am, ate, watched a lot of anime, read books, studied, played games, and slept. And so on for one whole week.

In the second week, I went to my grandfather's house. There, I met my siblings. I had imagined gathering with my extended family and going on vacation together. But in reality, we all didn't have plans like that. My parents had to keep working during the holidays, so I only spent time with my siblings.

There was nothing special in this second week. My routine also didn't change from the first week. Just wake up, eat, watch anime, study, sleep. In fact, I even thought about going back to school soon. I also took an additional online course during the second week of the holiday. I think this is the most productive and useful activity during the holidays.

On New Year's Eve, I didn't do anything. I just slept while other people were playing with lots of fireworks and having barbeques. I woke up in the middle of the night because I heard the very loud sound of fireworks. At that time, I couldn't go back to sleep. So, I spent my time from midnight to 6 am for studying and watching anime.

During the holidays, I went to my grandfather's house in Bogor, West Java, with my mother. I stayed there for a week. I departed from Jogja at Tugu Station by train, and the journey took 8 hours. I got off at Pasar Senen Station in Jakarta. My brother picked us up, and we went to his boarding house. Later that night, around 8 PM, my mother and I went to my grandfather's house using the LRT.

When we arrived, we stopped by a relative's house first and then finally got to my grandfather's house at 10 PM. I stayed there for three days, helping clean the house. On the fourth day, I had a barbecue at my relative's house, grilling steak and sausages. The next morning, I had a stomachache, probably from eating too much the night before, so I stayed home for two days.

On the last day before I returned home, I celebrated New Year's Eve and watched fireworks. The next afternoon, I went back home and arrived at 8 PM.

But before the year ended, me and my family went to my grandma's house praying for next year and had a small meal.

On the 18th of December my family(Father, Mother, Brother, Sister and myself) went to Surabaya, it's not that long of a trip since the new toll road on Prambanan just opened. We took off at 1 pm via family car and arrive approximately around 7 pm. When we got to Surabaya, we immediately went to the hotel and take a rest except my father and I, we stayed at the FourPoints hotel, next to the Tunjungan Plazas. The first night, my father and I went out to grab dinner since only both of us haven't had one, we ate a small resto not far from the hotel then went back to rest at around 10 pm. The next day, my family and I went to Tunjungan Plaza 3, my siblings and my mother went on a shopping spree, All me and my father could do is just sit outside the store and wait for them. We waited for them till lunch time where they finished and regrouped with us for lunch. Nothing worth noting really happened after that, all I just did is walk around the plaza like a lost kid. The next day we went to Pakuwon Surabaya, where the road going in is fully packed by cars, buses, and others. It took us an entire 2 hours to finally get to the lobby and get a valet parking. Same thing happened here, my dad and I waited while my siblings and my mother went shopping. The fourth and final day we went back home. After that, all I did was stay at home, do some exercises from time to time, but mostly, game all day long.

I will tell you about my activities during the holiday. Actually, my holiday was mostly filled with organizing ALM. ALM is the main event of a series of events for the Lustrum celebration of SMA Negeri 6 Yogyakarta. During the holiday, I handled documents for submitting a permit to the police. Not only dealing with the police, but I also distributed pamphlets at Alun-Alun Kidul, Sunmor, and many other places. Therefore, since my holiday was occupied with managing ALM, don’t forget to buy the ALM ticket from me. Thank you!

Even though most of my holiday time is spent at home, I am still happy because by being at home I can still do fun things with the people closest to me.

When we arrived at Solo Balapan Station, we walked to the Sheikh Zayed Mosque, which has become quite popular among the local women’s study groups. Armed with nothing but courage, confidence, Google Maps, and asking a few people for directions (though we got a little lost along the way), we made it. We only stayed for a quick look around, took some photos, and then headed out.

Next, we took a Gocar to PGS (Pusat Grosir Solo) because it was too far from the mosque and it was raining. At PGS, we wandered around checking out clothes, hijabs, accessories, and all sorts of things. After browsing, we decided to have lunch. During our meal, we were interrupted by street musicians multiple times—three times, to be exact. At that moment, we couldn’t help but think like, ‘Is this what it’s like for a duo of Gen Zs trying to navigate a new city with nothing but a sense of adventure?’

After lunch, we headed back to Solo Balapan Station to catch the train home, but we were stumped about how to get there because the Gocar was ridiculously expensive. So, we opted to take Batik Solo Trans. We weren’t familiar with the routes, but luckily, a kind rickshaw driver helped us figure it out and even chatted with us for a while. That was a fun experience! By the time we got on the KRL Commuter Line to head back to Yogyakarta, it was packed. We ended up standing for the entire journey from Solo to Jogja, with no seats available. We stood right by the door (it was pretty sad). I actually wanted to continue the story about that Monday, but let’s just skip it for now.

On Tuesday, we had a relaxed day at home, and in the afternoon, we went shopping at Mirota. Unfortunately, when we were about to head back, it started pouring rain, and we didn’t have an umbrella. We waited for the rain to lighten up a bit before we made our way home, though we still got a bit wet. In the evening, we were wondering what to do the next day. We had originally planned to go swimming, but since it was Christmas Eve, we weren’t sure if the pool would be open.

So on Wednesday, Christmas Day, we decided to go to the cinema to watch a horror movie, 𝘗𝘢𝘯𝘨𝘨𝘰𝘯𝘢𝘯 𝘞𝘪𝘯𝘨𝘪𝘵 2: 𝘔𝘪𝘴𝘴 𝘒 at CGV. While watching the movie, I felt really cold (I’m not great with air conditioning for long periods, it gives me a headache). The movie was suspenseful, but also super fun. There were some funny moments too, which made me laugh, especially during a certain scene that was unexpectedly humorous. Overall, I’d rate the film 9/10. The storyline was great, but I felt like the gore visuals were a little underwhelming—kind of fake looking— ... but other than that, it was awesome!

So, that was a little bit of the story about my holiday with Eliza. It was fun and a bit absurd, but that's what made it memorable!

Lembang is part of the Bandung area which is at the top of Bandung. The weather there is so cold that it can reach 19 degrees Celsius. Me and my family went to National Police Sespim where my father had been studying for 4 months and was about to be inaugurated. The inauguration ceremony was carried out well.

In the middle of the holiday in Bandung, my family and I went on holiday around Lembang and also the city center of Bandung. We visited various tourist attractions such as hot springs, bamboo village, Braga, and don't forget the very famous mosque in Bandung, namely the Al-Jabbar Mosque. We also visited many culinary shops there, and the taste was very delicious.

At the end of the holiday in Bandung, my family and I bought souvenirs such as milk cake, tauhid tofu and some cakes and cookies. I also bought a Gojo Satoru figurine when I visited Braga.

In the middle of the holidays, I often spend my time at home. I do a lot of things too, like continuing to read novels and webtoons that I haven't read yet.

This holiday was fun even though I didn't go anywhere, I still loved it! 🌷✨

At home, i usually help and company my parents work. While waiting until end of the day, i tried to find something that could interest me. Mostly i seek sources from social media. I tried to do something useful in this holiday

I didn’t had lot of activity outside my home rather than searching breakfast. At the end i went to my grandparents home and stayed there for a day. I spent time playing with my cousin there.

At the end, this holiday wasn’t really great for me and wasn’t the worse. I usually pretty lazy to get exercise but in this holiday i force myself to did morning walking and actually got little consistent day after day. That was good improvement for me so far.

I also went out with my family for lunch and refreshing. At the restaurant my parents chose, there was a kids' corner. There were lots of games like swings and slide with water underneath, so my little sister could play and have some fun there.

At the end of the 2024, i met up with EPAN, my 10th grade friends. We celebrated new year together. We talked a lot while grilling meat and waiting for the new year. We also went to the rooftop of the mosque to watch the fireworks. The next morning, we had breakfast at Soto Pak Dalbe. I had a lot of fun with my friends, even tho i was sleepy cause i didnt sleep all night.

Most mornings, I woke up without rushing, no alarms, no school. I’d start the day with a cup of tea and just chill (im just chill guy btw), maybe scrolling through my phone or looking outside. The vibe was super relaxed.

During the day, I kept myself busy with random stuff, helping around the house, and sometimes just lying on the couch watching movies or playing games. If I got bored, I’d read a book or scroll through TikTok for way too long.

In the evening, I usually hung out in my room, listening to music or chatting with friends online. Sometimes I’d think about how fast the year went by, but nothing too deep. I was just enjoying the quiet time.

It wasn’t the kind of holiday people would post on Instagram, but it was nice in its own way. Just staying home, doing whatever I felt like, and recharging before the new year. Simple, but kind of

perfect.

After 1 week in Jakarta, my father took us to Pangandaran. There we tried one of the famous body rafting. In this tour it turned out to be very testing adrenaline, because we were invited to play in the river which at that time the river current was swift. In the afternoon we enjoyed the sunset at Pangandaran Beach while tasting street food there. Because we were too tired, we decided to stay overnight and go home the next morning.

On the first day, I went to KLCC to meet my friend who was also on holiday in Malaysia. Initially we only took photos with the Twin Towers in the background, but after that we went to Pasar Seni by LRT train. I don't buy many souvenirs because I know they are quite expensive. After we were satisfied with our walk, we said our goodbyes.

The second day, I accompanied my sister to his campus. In the first hour, I waited in the library which was not yet open. While waiting, I met someone who was also waiting. At first we spoke in Bahasa Malaysia, but then switched to English. We became instant friends. After leaving the library, my sister and I returned to the dormitory to rest, then continued exercising with my sister's friends from Indonesia.

The next day, on Christmas Eve, I went to the Saloma Bridge to see the night view. It was very busy there, lots of people wanted to immortalize the moment. The next day, we went out again to buy clothes at the Art Market. On the last day before going home, my sister took me to the airport, accompanied by two of my sister's dorm friends, Anya and Bunga. I'm happy with this holiday. Apart from being able to walk around, I can feel the atmosphere of college there.

In this holiday me and my family didn't go out of town, we just stay at Jogja.

Most of my time at home i use it to sleep, eat, gaming, and scrolling social media.

Until December 31st, my friend Saqif Arrozan invited me to took a walk to Alun-alun McD and tugu Jogja to enjoy new year's eve. While at Alun-alun, we rode kora-kora. After that, we continue our walk to Tugu Jogja to see a fireworks. The Tugu was very crowded, but fortunately we were able to secure a good spot to watch the fireworks. At around 00.15 AM we walk back to each of our homes.

That night was a pleasant memory and very memorable for me.

Then, after i done my work with my sister, I enjoy my holiday with read books or watching film that I always wanted since the begining of 11 grade. After that the most crucial part came, on the last week of the year I went to Bandungg, I'm so excited to see Bandung city and of course since I'm in Bandung, I also went to Bandung Technology Institute (ITB).

When I land my first step in the bricks of ITB streets, it captured my heart. Suddenly, I get a lightbulb moment and realize that UGM and ITB it's totally diference places. In my thought in the first place, there are no huge diferencess between the environment of UGM and ITB. But now I know that I might rethink my decision about my further future. Also, I celebrate my New Year in Bandung and it's so shiningg and stunningg. The day after, I come back to school. Yeay

altough in holiday i didn't go to vacation, sometimes I go to attend an event meeting that will be held at the beginning of this year, ALM. because of ALM, I become very busy even when it's holiday time. However, even though I'm busy, I'm still happy to be a part of ALM. love you ALM <3
