This activity allows us to have an "approved budget" each time an external funder asks for it. It is not really a thing that we use internally (I keep a rolling forecast, not a fiscal year budget), BUT the activity of producing a budget does cause me to do a very good scrub of all of our financial inputs and to work with a number of key stakeholders. Due to vacation schedules prior to the Board meeting, I had to have the budget wrapped up this week. Here is the latest iteration of our phase 1 planning which is the focal point of the restructuring work we are doing. We're rescheduling the date of the Reimagining Our Work Kickoff from Monday, July 11 to this time on Wednesday, July 13 from 2:30-4:00 CT.

As a reminder, this meeting will be an orientation to the process we will collectively work through in July and early August to reorganize ourselves, reprioritize our work, and decrease our spending.
