Evidence 1- About me
1- The task that I completed was to create a TikTok with photos that show my interests. I stood up at the front of the room and showed my teachers and peers my video.
2- I met the standers to what was asked of me for this task and communicated well with my peers and teachers about my TikTok, for example they asked me questions about it and i was give them a detailed answer which is understandable.
3- I could have made my TikTok longer to improve it because it would give my peers and teachers a better understanding of what i enjoy and what I'm interested in.

Evidence 2- enrolment
1- At enrolment I came into collage to hand in my GCSE results to allow me to get onto the right course that suits my grades.
2- I got onto this course and was really proud of myself because i achieved the correct grades to be able to come onto this course. I have now made friends on this course which is making my experience even better.
3- At the start of enrolment when we first started college i was less confident and didn’t communicate with many people however, aster a few weeks i settled in and became comfortable around everyone.

Evidence 3- Communication
1- When i was interviewed and hired by Holiday inn i had to sign multiple forms and read many pages about the policy’s.
2- After the interview i got an email a few days later saying that i had gotten the job, i was really excited as this was my first job.
3- However, as there was a new manager starting i wasn’t contacted about my starting date and it took over a month for them to get back to me with the date that i start. During this job i didn’t have any training and had to ask others to have the knowledge of how to do my job.

Evidence 1
During this activity, as a group we had to create a quilt using paper and sting. Each piece of paper was decorated by each perosn which had their names on. We used hole punches to put holes in the paper and then used the string to attach each piece of paper. We used team work during this task as we all needed to help each other tie the string together and connect the paper together to create the quilt.

Evidence 2
Another example of where i used team work is at my work place, I currently work at Popeyes which is a fast food restaurant. This means that there is a lot of team work involved to give the customers a good experience within the store. We help each other by working together and helping each other out of different work stations. If one of us is behind or struggling someone will step and and help them out to get them back on track. This went very well because all of the orders were on time and there were no complaints from the customers, also it will be less stressful for the workers as we work as a team

Evidence 3

Lastly, I used team work on a NCS trip in Wales, these activities were created to create team work between groups of people who didn’t know each other. One activity was to get across to the other side but only using 4 tires, there was 10 of us which means that we had to work very well as a team. On each tire there was multiple people on it which means that we had to trust each other to not let us fall off of the tire. Furthermore, this went well because we was able to get across the tires successfully as a team.

Evidence 1
I showed resilience throughout my college exam period as I was very focused and consistent with my revision, i revised for two hours each day within the three weeks coming up to my exams.

2-How did this develop your skills?
Being resilient with my revision through my exam period improved and developed my knowledge, confidence and time keeping skills. This is because the more i revised, the more knowledge i gained which made me feel much more confident taking the exams. Furthermore, my time keeping skills were improved because I was doing practice tests, this allowed me to practice working under pressure and under a time frame. This helped me be able to finish my exams in time.

3- What went well?
This went well because I passed all of my exams and assessments with the grades that I wanted and needed.

4- What could you improve?

I could have improved my punctuality, I was just on time for one of my assessments which means that I didn’t have time to quickly read my revision before.

1-Explain the task-
Another example of where l used resilience is when I completed an assignment, handed it in and I ended up failing my assignment. I showed resilience because I re wrote this assignment and stayed resilient to it, because of this I did end up passing the second time I handed it in.

2-How did this develop your skills?
This developed my concentration skills because I had to stay focused to my work to ensure that I passed this assignment the second time around.

3- What went well?
This went well because I passed my assignment and showed myself that I am capable of writing an assignment that is Distinction worthy.

4- What could you improve?
I could have improved my attendance, I did miss quite a few days which put me very behind on my work.

Evidence 3-

1-Explain the task-
Lastly, I showed motivation at work, I work in a fast paced fast food restaurant. This means that I sometimes work under pressure and complete my activities at a quick pace.

2-How did this develop your skills?
This developed my skills because I have learnt how to work well under pressure and how to complete all of my tasks in good time. Also, I developed my communication skills as I have communicated with new people and customers.

3- What went well?
This went well because I can now complete all of my tasks within good time which improves the customers experience in the restaurant.

4- What could you improve?
I could improve my punctuality, as I get the bud to work sometimes I am late. To improve this I can get an earlier bus which means that I will be on time and have some time before my shift to get ready and to clock in.

Secondly, motivation helped me be more punctual to college and work, this means that I was on time which helped me to get ahead on my work and not fall behind.

Being motivated developed my skills at college as being on time helped me get ahead of my work. This shows that I have developed my time keeping skills.

-What went well

This went well because I handed all of my assignments in on time or before the deadline, this also gave me time to go over my work before handing it in.

-What could be improved

To improve this get an earlier bus, this ensures that I will be on time for college.

What went well- When I go to the gym I complete my session to the best of my ability even if I am struggling because I'm tired.

What could be improved- I could improve my sleeping pattern, this will make me more awake for the gym which means that my performance at the gym will be better.

The task- I showed sustainability through recycling.

What went well- By recycling I help prevent landfill which keeps habitats and the Earth safe and healthy.

What could be improved- I could improve the amount that I recycle, this will further reduce the risk of landfill.

The task- Secondly, I showed sustainability by buying reusable or biodegradable bottles and cups.

What went well- By using these cups, there will be less plastic in the seas which will improve the life and habitats of sea animals.

What could be improved- This could be improved by having more products that are biodegradable as the materials will eventually disintegrates and leave a smaller impact on the environment.

The task- Another way that I showed sustainability is having an electric car, having and electric car reduces carbon emissions and pollution in the air from all of the fumes released from a regular car.

What went well- By using an electric car, this will help the environment because healthier and cleaner which can also improve peoples health as there will be less pollution in the air.

What could be improved- The cost of the electric can needs to be improved, the cost of this car must be lower as many people cant afford it which means that they result to using a petrol or desal car which releases a lot of toxic pollution.

Evidence 1

The task-I have showed work experience through Fly Me, this is a cabin crew simulator where we learn about aircrafts, cabin crew and procedures. During this trip I learnt how to inflate a life jacket as well as how to safely go down the emergency slide. Some skills that I have developed from this work experience is communication and team working, this is because for some tasks we had to work as a team and communicate to each other.

What went well- This work experience went well because I have learned a lot from this experience and it has also given me a bigger understanding of what I want to do with my future.

What would you change if you do it again- If I was to do this experience again I would be more prepared, this could be with setting off at an earlier time to ensure that I'm on time, this could also be packing my lunch the night before to further to ensure that I'm on time.

What did you achieve from this- I have achieved a larger range of knowledge on aviation and cabin crew.

The task- I have also showed work experience through my job as a fast food assistant at Popeyes, I work in the kitchen, the drive through and the restaurant.

What went well- During my time at this job I have showed that I can work very well and effieclety under pressure and during a fast and busy paced environment.

What would you change- I would change that I am cross trained on the back of house as well as the front of house, this means that I will gain more experience as well as being given more shifts.

What have you achieved from this- I have achieved a lot of customer service experience, this will help me in the future to get a full time job.

Evidence 3

The task- I have lastly shown work experience through charity events such as a bake sale.

What went well- The bake sale that I took part off raised over £300 for different charities across the country.

What would you change- I would change the location of the bake sale as it wasn't in a populated area, the location of the bake sale was outside of a school that I was a student of. Having a bake sale in a more populated area will sell a lot more baked goods and will raise a lot more money.

What have you achieved- From this work experience I have raised money for charity as well as learning about different illnesses and struggles
