The mode of online learning and teaching was still being debated, written about and researched a few months ago. No one had ever come up with a winning formula. The mode was often confused with flipped learning pedagogy and e-learning and online teaching left many neurodivergent students out. Most of the push back against Online Learning I either read about and encountered as a teacher and as a learning technologist were pretty much quashed overnight. Some still fought but took the obligatory journey to online teaching as there was no other avenue.

So now, on the other side of this shift what can use, do, change or stop doing to make learning and teaching more efficient for everyone.
