The colours, red, black, white and pink have all been used as bold colours. The white background indicated pureness and that the character is likeable. The pink on the costume could be aimed at a female audience as females are connotes with the colour pink. This widens the audience viewing. The red suit matches with death and blood which makes an insight to the audience that the film is action. Black also matches with death and fighting again also. This attracts a more masculine audience as boys are raised with an image of being tough and fighting.

This could be just fans of marvel or for the actors or the fact its a superhero film. Ryan Reynolds also played the superhero in The Green Lantern which would attract fans to now watch him in this film.

It is aimed at an age group of 20-30 year olds who like action films like this. It includes quite a lot of crude humour for example a lot of comical jokes are made like ' you look like a testical' . This is too mature for a young young audience like 15 years old but is commical for 20+.

The fact that Ryan Reynolds is the main character in the film would attract people who are fans of his work or him as a person as he is a very attractive male who is nice to the eye. The trailer would also attract people who like romance films as it shows a lot of romance scenes between the male lead and the female lead. For example at 1.39, there is a quick scene of the couple lay in bed together which is quite romantic.

The genre of music is contemporary which is what the audience would relate too more.
1:04 seconds: He is trying to play with generic conventions as it is daytime also whereas you usually see death in night time scenes.
1.19 seconds: Includes quite crude humour which makes the audience laugh. It shows he is irresponsible which people laugh at. Male banter mocking each other which the audience would relate too.
Fast cut editing to raise the excitement level.
