  1. Verwarm de oven voor op 180°C graden (heteluchtoven op 160°C).
  2. Bedek een taartvorm (Ø 24 cm) met bakpapier. Bestrooi het papier met zelfrijzend bakmeel en cacao.
  3. Smelt de chocolade 'au bain marie'. Plaats daarvoor een hittebestendige kom met de stukjes chocolade op een in doorsnede iets kleinere pan met heet water. Zorg dat de kom het water niet raakt.
  4. Mix in een andere kom de eieren, suiker en vanillesuiker goed door elkaar en meng dit met de gesmolten chocolade. Roer er vervolgens de bloem, de Calvé mayonaise en de walnoten door.
    rnSchep het beslag in de taartvorm en bak het in 40 tot 45 minuten goudbruin. Laat het gebak buiten de oven eerst een beetje afkoelen en snijd het dan in 16 chocolade brownies.
