OLD, IND so if variable is ACCHRFEM then it indicates whether AC chair is female (1,0) if variable is ACALLBUSY then it indicates number/proportion of AC members who also sit in either nomination committee or remuneration committee or both. So to differentiate between number or proportion I suggest  the last character use P or N. So if variable is ACALLINDP then it means proportion of ac members who are independent, and ACALLINDN means number of AC mmbers who are independent director. Hadiati please quickly prepare a table with all variable names and their definitions
