         <description><![CDATA[<div>Richards and Rodgers (2001) say that “Content-Based Instruction refers to an approach to second language teaching in which teaching is organized around the content or information that students will acquire, rather than around a linguistic or other type of syllabus” (Richards &amp; Rodgers, 2001, p. 204). <br><br>Using content from other disciplines (academic subject matter) in language courses.<br><br><strong>Principles</strong><br>1. Using subject matter content&nbsp;<br>2. Content based on Ss ’ previous experiences&nbsp;<br>3. More relevance=Higher motivation.<br>4. Scaffolding the linguistic content.<br>5. Language as medium to convey informational content of interest.&nbsp;<br>6. Vocabulary better learned with contextual clues to convey mearning.</div>]]></description>

In short, when a student is intrinsically motivated the student achieves more.</li><li>Teacher must be knowledgeable in the subject matter . Teacher should be able to draw out that knowledge from student.</li><li>Teacher must be competent to speak the target language.</li><li>Teacher should be able to use group work and team building techniques.</li></ul><div><br><strong>Student's Role</strong></div><ul><li>Students learn through doing and are actively engaged in the learning process.          <description><![CDATA[<div><strong>1. Dictogloss</strong></div><ul><li>Dictogloss is a classroom dictation activity where learners are required to reconstruct a short text by listening and noting down key words, which are then used as a base for reconstruction.</li></ul><div><br><strong>ESCP<br></strong><br></div><div>Example: social science students discuss poverty. The teacher then explains the task and reads a short text on poverty to the class, who just listen. The teacher rereads the text and the students take notes. The students then reconstruct the text in groups.<br><br><strong>2. Graphic Organizers </strong><br>Graphic organizers are visual and graphic displays that organize ideas and demonstrate relationships between different information and concepts.<br><br><strong>EBP</strong><br>Business and marketing students use the graphic organizer of their choice to represent the 4Ps of in the marketing mix: product, price, place and promotion, then attach it to their class portfolio.<br><br><strong>3. Language experieces<br></strong>This promotes reading and writing through the use of personal experiences and oral language.</div><div><strong><br>EMP</strong><br>To reinforce the learning (Vocabulary) of the names of all parts of the human body students orally present to classmates a personal anecdote or one when they attended a patient with problems in his body and mention the parts they checked. To make the technique more engaging you can use pictures, puppets or representative objects.<br><br></div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div><strong>1</strong>. <strong>Ordering and Sorting</strong><br>Sorting can be defined as the process of ordering, comparing, contrasting and systematically grouping or organizing different items. Sorting can be done easily on the basis of color, size, texture, etc. <br><br><strong>English for Mathematcs <br></strong><br><strong>Sorting by size and color</strong><br>Math students sort shapes according to their size. Then they group them according to their color and finally count the quantities in each group.</div><div><br><strong>2.</strong> <strong>Listing / brainstorming</strong><br>A group problem-solving technique that involves the spontaneous contribution of ideas.<br><br><strong>EAP</strong><br>The students of the teaching career do an activity prior to writing an essay for which they try to unite ideas to start and give it a name. The first student writes an idea on a piece of paper silently and passes it to the person to their right. Now everyone has a piece of paper with an idea written on it by their neighbor. Then everyone uses the idea of ​​the paper to come up with a new one. Then pass it on to the next person. When everyone already has the ideas, they begin to write their essay.</div><div><br></div><div><strong>3.
