Vladmir Demikhov had started experimenting with an artificial heart. He performed his experiments on dogs, and performed the first artificial heart transplant on a dog in 1937.</div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>There are many different prototypes ranging from the companies of Syn-Cardia, Magscrew to Phoenix-7. Each company incorporates different function to go along with the heart. For example, Syn-Cardia allows you to monitor blood flow from each ventricle. Now machines are also making use of machine and cow parts to help create a healthy artificial heart. Abiocorp is another company, and its parts for the artificial heart include a hydraulic pump, porting valve, wireless energy transfer system, internal/external battery, and a controller.</div>]]></description>
