The correlation between the communication and the creation of a mosaic became quite obvious, as the two of them are composed by many pieces, big or small. Those pieces are interchangeable and they create a complete picture only when assembled.

I was also thrilled by the golden circle, the what-how-why theory and how important is to respond to those fundamental questions, in order to succeed.
