But in Asia, they think more in a collective way than in individualism. Before making a decision they think about how it's going to affect their family or the people who are around them.
Individualism culture is more independent and competitive. And they like to work and do things alone.
Collectivism culture is more related and harmony. And they like to work and do things in groups.

Actually there are many different cultures in the world, and every culture has  their features. Just because western culture and eastern culture are more symbolized. 
I think most parts of the video are correct, but not all of them are certainly right.
