Scientific Name: Cannabis

Time in body:
Blood/Saliva->A few hours
Urine->13-90 days
Hair-90+ days

Once cannabis is consumed there is no exact way to counteract it. After a couple hours your body will get past the high the Cannabis gives you.

How it effects the...

Circulatory system:
THC is moved from your lungs to your bloodstream. There it is carried to other parts of your body. Within minutes your heart rate can increase by 20-50 beats per minute. One of the telltale signs of recent marijuana use is bloodshot eyes. The eyes look red because marijuana causes blood vessels in the eyes to expand.

Digestive system:
When Cannabis is consumed orally, is when you can cause digestive issues. For example, oral THC can cause nausea and vomiting because of the way it’s processed in your liver. It may also damage your liver. It causes an increase in appetite. Some reports say Cannabis has also been used to help with issues like nausea and upset stomachs.

It is nearly impossible to consume enough Cannabis for it to become deadly. Theoretically someone would have to do consume nearly 1,500 pounds of Cannabis within a 15 minute time frame for it to become lethal.

Cannabis low toxicity level symptoms:
Blood shot eyes
Increased appetite
Lack of motivation
Weight gain
Nervousness
Impaired coordination
Dizziness
Memory impairment

To test for the drug you could test using hair, urine, blood, or saliva.

Cannabis has many health benefits to it. In many states it is used and prescribed medically. In states it is illegal, it is sold as a CBD product. CBD is the legal part of Cannabis. It gives you the benefits of the plant without having to go through with the high that the THC gives you. It has been known to help with chronic pain, stress, anxiety, sleeping disorders, and many other things.

In the state of Wisconsin we are not legally aloud to purchase or use Cannabis. We are able to buy CBD products. In many states you are able to use Cannabis medically. You must be given this by a doctor. And in very few states it is legal to use it recreationally for your own consumption.
