Still, we show up.
We show up for the teacher who needed a thought partner.
We show up for the student whose story reminds us why we started.
We show up in quiet ways—in emails, in planning meetings, in hallway check-ins that seem small but matter deeply.

Showing up isn’t about perfection. It’s about presence with purpose—even when it’s hard, even when we’re tired, even when no one sees the full picture.

So today, if you showed up in any way—you coached, you listened, you encouraged, you held space—you’ve already won.
