         <description><![CDATA[<div>To be honest I don't know if this problem is actually associated with the start time of school. I think the reason that students don't get enough sleep is because they aren't able to go to bed early enough. This is determined by the workload they receive at school. Even if a student doesn't struggle with a topic or subject, homework for one class can take up to an hour or more. Spending all their time on schoolwork, students are deprived of the required social interactions to maintain a healthy state of mental health. Since they require such interactions, they will stay up later to achieve them. All this basically means, is that if we want to look into increasing the hours of sleep students receive, we need to focus on the reduction of workload at home, and not the adjustment of school start time.</div>]]></description>

The elementary school kids can start before us and end after us because they actually like school so they won't be too mad about it. Also they'll learn more so that they can be ahead by the time they are in HS. Middle school kids can start the earliest and get out before us.</div>]]></description>
