         <description><![CDATA[<p><strong>My name is Dylan Pratama Hidayat, now let me make my introductions.(Topic Sentence)</strong> I am a 7th Grader in Canisius College. I was born in the heart of Indonesia, Jakarta and I am currently 12 years old. I am the first child of my wonderful parents. In the coming years my parents had two more bundles of joy. We fight a lot and I always feel left out because since I was a child I did not spend much time with my brothers. So we are basically nemesis for life. I also really enjoy playing basketball with them with the purpose of improving our overall gameplay. I really struggle finding the right time and place to do stuff. The most basic thing that I lack is the motivation to study. I have tried countless ways to try to motivate myself to study. Such as setting goals, giving myself rewards every accomplishment I make. All of those things that I do still have not succeeded. Unfortunately, this does not only happen for studies. Unfortunately, it happens to me in almost everything I do.&nbsp; I also have really low self control. Not only do I lack motivation but I also lack self control. At school I always try to make study plans for myself but at the end of the day I just get distracted.</p>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<p><strong>Now let me talk about more or less my morning routine on a weekday.(Topic Sentence)</strong> I wake up around six in the morning every day for school. Not only am I sleep deprived, but I also sleep late. Those 2 things are one.. recipe for sleeping during the day. I find sleeping on time really difficult as I have really poor self control. After I wake up, I wash my face to lightly wake myself up. I rush to change my clothes as I am really lazy. I find it really hard to find the perfect timing to leave for school. Sometimes if I'm way too early at departing for school, then I get less sleep than I should get. But a few minutes can be the difference between 20 minutes and 35 minutes of travel time. My dad is obsessed with memorizing every pattern there is to memorize to optimize our daily commute. I am really grateful for having such a caring father. Then I wake up my dad as he always takes me to school everyday. Even though sometimes my mom takes me to school on very rare occasions. We always chat in the car no matter who takes me to school as we go to school, I really enjoy it.&nbsp;</p>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<p>As I arrive at school, I either review yesterday’s lesson or just play with my phone. Since I joined my current school I have been enjoying school more. At my previous school I didn't like school at all. It is one of the many positive things that I felt the moment I started to study here. After school ends I usually go home by public transport.&nbsp; I really hate the fact that I usually get distracted a lot by the many merchants on the way home. Most of the time I always buy something and never go home straight. Not only does my spendings increase, I also waste lots of time on the way.&nbsp; Most of the time I shower after I arrive at home from a hot day. Right after that I usually rest for some time. Unfortunately sometimes my rest time goes overboard and when I realize I have to study it's too late. I really have a poor study habit and I’m trying my best to change it. Even though I can see improvement in it, it is still not yet enough for my maximum potential. That is what my mom says and I really hope I can achieve it. <strong>That is pretty much what happens every single weekday since middle school started.</strong></p>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<p><strong>Now let me talk about my “wonderful” family.(Topic Sentence)</strong> I can’t deny the fact that my family is above most families in achievements and I feel like I'm an underachiever. But in social norms we are definitely not the best. Let me start with my mom, my mom’s name is Herlina. She is the best mother I could think of and I really love her. She is about my height. Maybe in a few years I will hopefully overtake her in height. She also complains about how I grow so fast and she has to buy me new clothes so often. She has quite a temper. But when she’s in a good mood she is really nice. Especially in front of other people. She becomes a whole different person. My dad’s name is Doddy. He is the most caring father that I had. He’s quite a sporty person. But he just got a knee injury and he hasn't been able to play sports since his surgery. Which was a total success and now he just needs more rest and physical therapy. Soon his leg will be as good as new. Soon my dad, my brothers and I will all be able to play together again. My first brother is called Bryan. He is 10 years old. He is relatively short for his age and my parents have been trying their best to get him taller so far it hasn't been working. As of the moment they are trying Chinese medicine.&nbsp; He also has a nasty attitude that my parents have been trying to fix too. My second brother is called Jordan. He is 9 years old and has a horrible temper. He always gets mad <strong>at</strong> the smallest thing. I personally think he is just seeking attention. On the other hand Jordan is the complete opposite in physical attributes.&nbsp;</p><p><br></p>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<p><br><strong>That pretty much is my current life situation.</strong>&nbsp; Even though my life still has much room for improvement. I'm still grateful for everything I have. I have a roof over my head, food at the table whenever I’m hungry, a loving family, and quality education. That is what seems like basic things, but lots of people don't have this at all. They might be homeless, or have abusive parents, or even suffer from malnutrition. So in life instead of being greedy we need to be grateful for all the little things in life. There are also very important things that I think are in my control. Let us start with basic things. Like self control. Just as I said earlier in the story, I have really poor self control that I really need to work on.</p>]]></description>
