In order to understand which is easier, we must first define both classes. English class can be classified as a place where you practice reading, writing, and grammar. Math class can be defined as a place where you practice algebra, geometry, and foundational skills like addition, subtraction, division, and multiplication. When you say both English and Math class, most people have a strong feeling either positive or negative. English has always been easier for me, so my feelings associated with it are postive. I have had more negative experiences in Math class, so my feelings towards it are a bit tought.

In english you are taking information and writing your thoughts and feelings on it. You also work on reading, writing, and grammar. After 7th grade english is the same thing just with bigger concepts. Every year in math you are learning something new. Math always has new topics and many other things that are related to it. Math even sometimes has letters in it. Although you will use both subjects in your life, math to most people really is more complicated than english.

In my opinion English is better than math. Reasoning being because English is easier than math. Math you have to learn something new and it gets difficult. English you just learn the same thing over and over. You learn different types of writing but other than that you don't learn anything new. But, in math you learn something new every week or so.

To more fully grasp the difference between the two, we must also determine what they mean. Math is a process of solving problems and using logical thinking to either further your problem solving skills, or your intellect. Math is also practice for the real world, having many different uses and practices in math, for example, learning how to do tax. On the other hand, English is a bit different. English more prepares you for your writing capabilities, teaching you proper grammar and composition, so you may excel in any related job pathway. English also provides the pathway to developing employment skills to gain a head start in the real world. Given these facts, I would choose English over math because I am better at logical thinking and learning debatable topics, more than guidelines or monotonous work.

English is the subject that you use to right and read in English (the language).
