The reason for this can be problems such as students not being qualified for some jobs or the lack of working market for some university careers. The quantitative analysis shows that people in the age range between 20-29 years old had a large unemployment peek in October 2009, where 27% of the men in this study didn't have a job after graduating. This research manifest the problems suffered by recent graduates between 2007 and 2011 there was an joblessness rate of 13% between men and women. The reasons why this 13% are nonemployment, can be many, one of them is the rate of return since some students enter employment and are fired due to their lack of experience and training. The vast majority of graduates take at least 7 months, instead and experienced workers take 4 months on average. In conclusion, with the global economic crisis in which we live, graduating from university it does not guarantee a future or guarantee that you will be hired by a company. The important thing is not to stay with what we know, we must be self-taught, learn more in all possible areas so that we are qualified for the work we want.

Nowadays, having a graduate degree can lead you to better job prospects. In terms of salary, according to the San Francisco Federal Reserve annual report made in 2003, it says the annual earnings are dramatically different between both graduate degree salaries and high school diploma salaries. Previous research shows the wage gap between both salaries by almost 200%, as shown in figure 1.  No matter the gender, race, or backround, the wage gaps continue to grow as the annual earnings progress. When we think of investing in a college degree it may seem daunting, but when we analyze the opportunity of prospect of improvement and growth. Having a degree or not has an impact on your future, and your future stability for housing, family and other goals according to the future you would like to achieve. In conclusion, we can say that the cost of education pays off in the end. Your increase in salary repays your investment for a degree substantially. The further along someone is in their career, the more money they earn.The statistics show that the wage gap is big between both wages.If you've invested in education, it's worth it. Now is the time to seek out experiences and guidance to set yourself up for success in the future.
