As the clock struck midnight, the painting came to life. I just started this new month by working as the security, I was in complete shock while witnessing this strange phenomenon to occur. As quick as I can, I ran to find myself a hiding places to avoid being seen by those creatures. From the rumours that I thought was a myth, these creatures will return to its original state by 4 a.m. Suddenly, while I was hiding, a strange creeping sound behind me. As I turned my head to the sound, a sudden thought jumped in. "I wonder why there's one missing person in this place every month?".

As I gazed at the stars through the telescope, I noticed a signal coming from a distant planet. It's so bright and shiny that makes my eyes teary. "Mom, look here. I saw a signal through this telescope," My mom came close to me to see the signal that I just mentioned. "That's a rare meteor stone that appeared 5 years per time!" said mom excitedly. I'm amazed with the words that mom said, it's my lucky day to see the unique thing that all the scientists wanted to see it.

On a foggy morning, I stumbled upon an old, tattered map in the attic. I take it and go to my friend's house to show him. He is very surprise and tells me that is a treasure map like in the movies. However, i do not put high expectation on the map because i do not really believe in fairy tale. After several hours we follow the map, we suddenly bump into my brother. My friend is really disappointed when my brother tells us that is the map that he created when he was ten.

Then we become the neighborhood's dynamic duo, helping everyone from lost kids to perplexed adults. Life was an advanture with a cat who could talk, and I wouldn't have had it any other way.

As the bus left the terminal, Faris held the bag in his hand firmly. He wanted to go home as it's now mid-sem holiday for his university. He called his brother to pick him up but his brother didn't answer his call. As the time passed, Faris just took a taxi to go home. Upon arrival, he knocked on the door and he said "hello! Is anybody home?" but nobody answered or opened the door. He tried opening the door and turned out the door wasn't locked. Faris with uneasy feeling went inside and the house was dark. After a few minutes, the house was filled with light and all his family members were there. He felt very flabbergasted because all of his family members suprised him for his returned.

A family heirloom revealed a hidden door that led to an unknown world. At first, I was very shocked and felt very scared. I used to ignore about it, but one day my mom invited me to go to an unknown world through that mystery door. Without thinking too long, I followed my mom. When my mom opened the door, my heart said “I want to stay forever in this world”. It was full of surprises and I enjoyed it very much. A hidden door brought me to a fantastic world that was filled by fresh flowers and had a magnificent view. It made me feel like I'm in a country of four seasons. After that situation, I don't doubt a hidden door anymore.

Lost in the middle of the night, Sarah realized she had no cell signal. As she looked around her surrondings trying to find a shelter from the rain, a rustle can be heard from the nearby bushes. Fear for her life, Sarah ran as fast as she could while trying to search for cell signal. While running, Sarah could heard heavy footsteps chasing her from behind without any signal to stop. As Sarah increased her pace unfortunately luck wasn't on her side as she trip over a rock which cause her to fall down. Consumed by fear, Sarah was unable to get up as the footsteps coming closer to her and the next thing she knew her world turned black.The next morning, the town was shocked to hear a news of cops finding Sarah's corpse in the forest.

The old, abandoned house at the end of the street had always given me the creeps. Every time I passed that house, I always heard some voice. It is really made me terrified. So, one day I went to the market, I heard all the villagers were talking about that house. Apparently, there was a married couple staying there before. At first, the husband was involved in an accident and his wife became insane and suffered. Every night, she always screamed and destroyed everything near her. She never accepted her husband's departure and decided to kill herself. From that day onwards, the house is haunted, and everyone did not dare to go near that house.

The quirky scientist next door claimed to have invented a machine that could swap people's personalities.Sometimes, i wished to swap my personalities with my friend named Fatihah.She was a talkative and always score good grades in the exam.One day, I told my friend, "I want to be just like yourself, I want to fee how to be an extrovert person just like you".And then she came out with her strange ideas to meet the quirky scientist to swap our personalities.At first, i refused to go with her but after she convinced me, I just followed her to the scientist's house.The scientist put us in the machine, at first i felt a bit dizzy but after that i realized that i talked a lot as I was complaining to the scientist for inventing a strange machine while my friend just looked at me without saying anything.

The antique store held a peculiar mirror that seemed to reflect more that just the room. I can see a reflection of a happy girl was smiling at me. Then, I looked back realized there were no one in the room beside me. I was scared but that girl said to me to be calm and told me that she was me. She offered me my favourite candy and told me to be happy and she disappeared. Now I know that was a massage from me to myself. I brought that mirror to my house and believe that mirror had change my life which make me more happy. 👏🏼👏🏼

On a family trip, we took a wrong turn and found ourselves in an unsual town.Then we saw an old grandpa walked by the side of the road.My father stopped the car and asked the grandpa what is this town? and where are we? but the grandpa just stand there quietly.My father become confused and then drive away.When my father drive toward I saw the back of the car that grandpa smile.I asked myself why he smile at us.After that, out of the blue the house on the town engulfed in flames.We got of terrified by that and my father drive as fast as lightning to get out of that town.After a couple of hours we got to the real town and we saw on the board the news about the town engulfed in flames because got attacked by Michael Jackson gang.Then we decided to forget about that incident.

I woke up one morning with the ability to read minds, and it wasn't as exciting as it sounds. When I opened my eyes, I saw my sister listening to hip-hop music while vibing with it. I asked her whether she was okay or not because she rarely listened to it. She said that she was okay. But, what I found with my ability to read minds, she was not in a good condition. She was upset with her friends but she chose to hide it from me. On that day, I felt very sad because I knew she was hiding her real feelings from me.

My encounter with a friendly alien changed my perspective on the universe. It started when i was fourteen, my friends and i went to the park. At that time, i heard a voice that sounded in pain. When we approached the voice, i saw three boys hit a dog. I sympathise with the dog and took it to the animal center. That time the dog said “thank you” to us and given us a bar of gold. I was shocked and realised that the dog is actually an alien after we saw a spaceship come down to the earth and take it back into the spaceship like in the movie!

She opened the mysterious letter and couldn’t believe what was she reading. The letter she had found at the park that she went to a few days ago. She was very curious with the letters’ content because the letter was smelled fragrantly. Hence, she opened the letter and not deliberately read the contents which about someone’s love letter that had got rejected. She was sympathized the letter’s owner because the content really touched her heart. Coincidentally, the owner of the mysterious letter’s feelings were related to here feelings as well. She also got rejected by a scholarship that she had requested on the day she found the mysterious letter.

3. The old, abandoned house at the end of the street had always given me the creeps. But today, it gives the whole town a reason to feel the creeps too. I pass by the house that is surrounded by patrol cars and onlookers. I converse with one of the passersby like a lost child, asking what could’ve happened. “A dead body was found” she said. The police tapes are there, the smell of bloods is still fresh. I reminisce about what happened last night. She was hollering as I slowly descended my cleaver upon her, slitting her throat, like the Ursula taking Ariel’s voice, but more crueller. I bid my goodbye and walk home with a smile on my face.

Deep in the cave, an unexpected discovery sent shivers down my spine. Last year, I went on a cave adventure with my colleague. We were eager to do it again after a while. Initially, everything was going well. Out of the blue, we found several dead bodies lying beside a gigantic rock. We were clueless about what to do. After managing to call for help, I did some research when I got home. It turns out that the cave we explored is one of the deadliest caves in the world because it can flood and trap people inside within minutes of rain. This discovery will remind me for my entire life.

In that fleeting moment, my whole world blurred and I realize I was already far from my home. I looked at the sky and there were two suns and blood red sky with the fishy smell of blood, many corpses lying around the area I walk. I speed up my walked until I reached a village, there was a lot of violence and chaos. When I entered the village, suddenly appeared a seal at my hand, the seal not gave me any power, it just glows . People in the village call me messenger who would end their sufferings when they saw the seal at my hand but they had a great physique than me. They also had magic power and sword skills. I think they called the wrong person.

Finally I when to temple where they called me and returned to earth by my self.

The series was about to mysterious tragedy that happened to workers in space includingparamedics and astronauts.Every workers that were incharged in the space at that time didn't come back to earth. So,the astonaut agency had sent another group of workers to do some investigation. This series was very suspenseful. The plot was insane as well with so many secrets that were slowly revealed. The special thing I learnt from this series was never to take something for granted.

The cave attracted myself to go look it out. The alley that I walked full of bushers. When I arrived at the cave , I saw something shiny that really hurted my eyes. When I approached the light , I saw a big lion sleeping at the throne surrounded by many gold and permats. I'm very shocked but my out my foot can't move , when I saw the lion his eyes were already open and he ran towards me. Then I fainted. Suddenly, I woke up from sleep and it was a dream .

I woke up one morning with the ability to read minds, and it wasn't as exciting as it sounds. It is amusing to know what other people's inner thoughts but at one time I feel like I'm trespassing on someone's privacy. Last week, I accidentally bumped into a guy who just entered the cafe and spilled coffee on his suit. I quickly apologized and was so relieved when he said it was nothing. By mistake, I read his mind and he actually was cursing at me for ruining his latest suit. It was a total nightmare for me. After that day, I really hope I can get rid of this ability. Others might think it's enjoyable to have it however once you have an unpleasant experience with it, you will despise it.

20. My encounter with a friendly alien changed my perspactiveon the universe.

Recently, I was in the middle of the woods doing my research when I encounter with an alien that said to be the last generation of it's kind. It was very friendly and it's appearence was nothing like human has ever seen, and I have no word to describe it. The alien told me about the birth of the universe and how planets and stars actually created. Of course I didn't believe it at first. It also told me about the existence of a wormhole that said can be a teleportation machine. It really changes my perspective about the universe and how my understanding on it.

The message was written in a language that I've never known before. So, I decided to translate the message by searching through the internet. Unfortunately, I didn't get the answer to my question. I decided to seek help from my favorite lecturer. He was shocked because the message was written in a very old language. It took him around three hours to translate the message. After that, my lecturer advised me to throw or burn away the letter immediately. It turns out that the letter is a spell that was used during ancient times to bring bad luck to the victim. I was shocked and without sparing time I burned away that mysterious message to prevent bad things from happening to my family and my life.
