I really think I now know why I started to really switch my classroom up teaching wise. I wanted to start to tell my story of what I think are individual success in the classroom. I have start to use an ipad to record skits about scenarios in the classroom and hallway. I can tell my story and others can just gossip and tear me down. Another moment was the building community, I think I really thought you just show up and talk with people. If talking with people is positive and motivational than I am building community.
