Your kindness, patience, and incredible leadership have made such a difference, not just in the work we do, but in the way we feel coming to work every day.

I genuinely don't know what to write or where to begin Bec. You've been such a massive part of my life for the last couple of years that it's going to be very strange to not have you to talk to, to vent to, to laugh with to lose my shit with.

You have been such a big support, and I'm sure you know this already but it's important to me that you know how much I've valued your time and friendship.

You're amazing at your job and wherever you're off to is going to be very lucky to have you.

Ohh Bec, what can I say other than I'm genuinely going to be lost without you! We may have only been working directly together for the last 6ish months, but what a ride it's been. While I'm gutted to see you go, I'm also made up for you and know full well that you'll smash it in your new role. You're amazing at what you do and an incredible individual who'll continue to go very far.

Dearest Bec,

Thank you for being our champion in the Blue Pod. In this crazy world of late-stage capitalism, I learned to never expect any boss at the place I work to look out for me the way you do. You proved me wrong so many times on this, and I am so glad you did. On your last day here I find myself just feeling so much gratitude for getting to experience working with you for as long as I have. You know how much I do not like working in general...but you made clocking in these long hours soooo much more bearable. I'll do my best to hang on without you around anymore!

Thanks for bearing with me whenever I didn't have my shit together. Thanks for cheering me on whenever I did something right. Thanks for always encouraging me and the whole team to advocate for ourselves. Thanks for leading by example, and always keeping it real with us.

Thanks for always being so genuine and caring when approaching work and the team. It really always came through, and idk how to express just how lucky I feel to have gotten that from you. On top of all that, you're just an absolute blast to talk to and hang out with.
