Maastricht journal of European and comparative law, 6(3), 217-243.</div><div>This paper will outline various manifestations of the interaction between comparative law and globalization, reflect on the advantages and disadvantages of comparative law methodology in explaining many phenomena of legal globalization, and put forward the preliminary conception of developing the comparative law paradigm in China. Moreover, the article describs that since the 1990s, with the end of the cold war, the process of globalization began to accelerate. The phenomenon brought by it had a significant impact on almost all the humanities and social sciences, including law. It has the theoretical advantages of comparative method, multi-layer perspective, delimitation orientation and reflection effect, which is helpful to form a new theory to explain the phenomenon of legal globalization. However, the four defects of traditional comparative law, namely, western-centered theory, state-centered theory, functional-comparative theory and private law-centered theory, hinder the realization of this theoretical ambition.</div><div><br></div><div>Nyíri, P. Routledge.</div><div>Based on the analysis of cultural globalization and the concept of Chinese excellent traditional culture, this paper dialectically interprets the opportunities and challenges faced by Chinese excellent traditional culture under the trend of cultural globalization, and deepening the understanding of the importance of inheriting and developing Chinese excellent traditional culture from the perspective of cultural globalization. Based on the analysis of the theoretical and practical problems in China's global cultural response, this paper puts forward some practical countermeasures. Through induction and analysis, this paper collates and integrates the literature of experts and scholars on the opportunities, challenges, existing problems, solutions and other aspects in the inheritance and development of excellent traditional Chinese culture, and absorbs them for my own use. The debate about modernity in China. boundary 2, 23(3), 193-218.</div><div>Guided by marxism, based on Chinese national conditions and realities, and drawing on western development theories, this paper from the perspective of globalization and the course of Chinese modernization, makes an in-depth study of the origin, nature and development of Chinese modernization road, as well as the goal pursuit, development strategy, overall layout and power mechanism of Chinese modernization road. Furthermore, the author highlight that as a worldwide historical process, modernization refers to a dramatic change that human society has experienced since the industrial revolution. Besides, this paper pay more attention to analyzing the regularity and inevitability reflected behind various contingency factors and stick to the method of unifying history and logic to study problems. Also, the author tries to study the modernization of China from the perspective of globalization and philosophy. The innovative point of this paper is that it analyzes the essential relation between globalization and modernization, and on this basis, makes a historical investigation of China's modernization road, and then reveals the essential attribute of China's modernization road. Firstly, the paper summarizes the position and viewpoint of western scholars from the concept, origin, nature and driving force of economic globalization. Second, according to the western scholar's position in the process of economic globalization and the role of different, the western academia about the basic theory of economic globalization are classified, namely, new liberalism, "western left-wing" and three schools of attachment theory and world system theory, and on research about the views of economic globalization. Also, this article expounds the basic problems of economic globalization, and holds that economic globalization is the inevitable trend of the objective development of human history on the premise of the great geographical discovery of the century, marked by the outbreak of the industrial revolution, and takes production globalization, trade globalization and capital globalization as the basic content. However, there are some limitations in the paper. The accelerated development of economic globalization began in the late and early 1900s. Its relatively short historical process leads to insufficient and immature materials for academic analysis and exploration, as well as insufficient theoretical support for the research in this paper.
