I have already used VR in my class and it has been a fantastic experience. VR can be used to explore environment that the students cannot visit, like space, inner volcanos, caves, safari. I have used for teaching the environment inside a cave and animals. My students were every excited for the immersive tour and they learnt much more than through a book. This is the icon of Mystical cave, the app I have used (Google Play)

We have to pay attention when we use VR, because the students should be more than 8 years old, and they cannot use, for example google cardboard more than 15-20 minutes. The families should be involved in the school project.

I can suggest to use it for teaching Science. I have used Mystical Cave. You can use the google play app and google cardboard. My students described what they had lived in this immersive experience and they draw the cave environment. They listed the different animals and the biotic and abiotic factors. Then they created a strip on Storyboard that , about a cave experience

This is the Science lab of my school and my students models of cells , atoms and molecules. I have used Panorama 360°. It is easy to take a picture 360 degree with Panorama 360. It needs few minutes for elaboration. You should pay attention to take the smartphone at the same level and then rotate very slow. Everyone can use this picture. This is a good opportunity to show all product of students. This products have been done by my second classes of the Middle School. Sometimes we have to choose the best products because they are so many, and it is a pity, because even if the product is not very good, the students have worked hard, so it is right to show it. This kind of picture is good to use at the end of a projiect to show what the students have done. I think that it gives great motivation to everyone, so it is useful for all students , not only for the Middle School.

This is my work on CoSpaces. It's my first experience. I like it so much and I think I will use it. I have shown some activities I have done with my students. They are 10-13 years old. Inthink that it is very useful for virtual museum or for storytelling.

This MOOC has given me the opportunity to know new app for my work in order to involve much more my students. I think that VR and AR will be the future in education. Not many people use them at school and MOOC like this has a great input for teacher that want to change the way to offer the same contents in different dress. All materials and contents in this MOOC has been clear and the tasks quite easy to realize in brief time. My compliments to all staff. I have managed to understand the lessons because I help my son in Spanish Language at home, so I know it a little, otherwise Italian is very similar to Spanish. I hope to join to you again, because the experience has been so nice !
