  • In terms of attitude, I would create a positive and supportive learning environment where students feel comfortable making mistakes and taking risks. Because, in order to learn new languages effectively, learners have to take the risk. I would encourage them to take risk and at least try communicating during any discussion. This can build up their confidence in learning language too. I would also emphasize the importance of effort and perseverance, and I would celebrate students' successes, no matter how small. By focusing on attitude factor, I can create a language learning environment that is both effective and enjoyable for all students.
