         <description><![CDATA[<div>"Every teacher a CCE teacher." was a statement I heard 6/7 years back when I went for workshops as a CCE mentor. I believe that every teacher knows the importance of character but there is varying degrees of commitment levels right now.&nbsp;<br><br>As KP team, we have to think of how to engage teachers differently, allowing teachers to have greater clarity about the outcomes of CCE and how they can play their part or be more committed to being a better CCE teacher. We will need to hear from the teachers too to better know the understandings at ground level and the support needed. Teachers have to understand that they have a role to play and every effort counts, regardless of the family background and profile of our students.&nbsp;<br><br>The LOs in the CCE curriculum are clear with specific skills and knowledge stated. Very useful in planning our school-wide and level programmes to ensure they are progressive, and also serve as a good reference point for us to have<br>&nbsp;conversations with teachers.</div>]]></description>

The programmes must be planned or agreed upon by the different departments so that teachers do not see it as a duplication of their work.</div>]]></description>
