Hatred stirs up dissension, but love covers over all wrongs

미움은 다툼을 일으켜도 사랑은 모든 허물을 가리느니라

빌립보서 2: 12

Therefore, my dear friends, as you have always obeyed - not only in my presence, but now much more in my absence - continue to work out your salvation with fear and trembling,

빌립보서 2: 13

for it is God who works in you to will and to act according to his good purpose.

너희 안에서 행하시는 이는 하나님이시니 자기의 기쁘신 뜻을 위하여 너희에게 소원을 두고 행하게 하시나니

누가복음 17: 20~21

Once, having been asked by the Pharisees when the kingdom of God would come, Jesus replied, "The kingdom of God does not come with your careful observation,

nor will people say, 'Here it is,' or 'There it is,' because the kingdom of God is within you."

바리새인들이 하나님의 나라가 어느 때에 임하나이까 묻거늘 예수께서 대답하여 이르시되 하나님의 나라는 볼 수 있게 임하는 것이 아니요

또 여기 있다 저기 있다고도 못하리니 하나님의 나라는 너희 안에 있느니라

골로세서 3: 15

Let the peace of Christ rule in your hearts, since as members of one body you were called to peace.

이사야 55: 8~9

'As the heavens are higher than the earth, so are my ways higher than your ways and my thoughts than your thoughts.

이는 내 생각이 너희의 생각과 다르며 내 길은 너희의 길과 다름이니라 여호와의 말씀이니라

이는 하늘이 땅보다 높음 같이 내 길은 너희의 길보다 높으며 내 생각은 너희의 생각보다 높임이니라

로마서 5: 1~2

Therefore, since we have been justified through faith, we have peace with God through our Lord Jesus Christ,

through whom we have gained access by faith into this grace in which we now stand. And we rejoice in the hope of the glory of God.

그러므로 우리가 믿음으로 의롭다 하심을 받았으니 우리 주 예수 그리스도로 말미암아 하나님과 화평을 누리자

또한 그로 말미암아 우리가 믿음으로 서 있는 이 은혜에 들어감을 얻었으며 하나님의 영광을 바라고 즐거워하느니라

요한복음 12: 49

For I did not speak of my own accord, but the Father who sent me commanded me what to say and how to say it

내가 내 자의로 말한 것이 아니요 나를 보내신 아버지께서 내가 말할 것과 이를 것을 친히 명형하여 주셨으니

But whatever were gains to me I now consider loss for the sake of Christ.

What is more, I consider everything a loss beacause of the surpassing worth of knowing Christ Jesus my Lord, for whose sake I have lost all things. I consider them garbage, that I may gain Christ and be found in him, not having righteousness of my own that comes from the law, but that which is through faith in Christ - the righteousness that comes from God on the basis of faith.

또한 모든 것을 해로 여김은 내 주 그리스도 예수를 아는 지식이 가장 고상하기 때문이라 내가 그를 위하여 모든 것을 잃어버리고 배설물로 여김은 그리스도를 얻고

그 안에서 발견되려 함이니 내가 가진 의는 율법에서 난 것이 아니요 오직 그리스도를 믿음으로 말미암은 것이니 곧 믿음으로 하나님꼐로부터 난 의라

히브리서 2: 18

Because he himself suffered when he was tempted, he is able to help those who are being tempted

그가 시험을 받아 고난을 당하셨은즉 시험 받는 자들을 능히 도우실 수 있느니라

히브리서 3: 15

Today, if you hear his voice,

do not harden your hearts

as you did in the rebellion

성경에 일렀으되 오늘 너희가 그의 음성을 듣거든 격노하시게 하던 것 같이 너희 마음을 완고하게 하지 말라 하였으니

and the dust returns to the ground it came from, and the spirit returns to God who gave it
