 2  Lisää ongelman ympärille kaikki tilanteen osapuolet eli ihmiset, jotka ovat mukana tilanteessa.
Add around it and connect different people, that are part of the situation.

 3  Pohdi, mitkä ihmisiä tai ryhmiä on järkevää sisällyttää projektiin. Ketä järjestö pystyy tavoittamaan? 1-2 kohderyhmää riittää pienelle projektille.
Consider which people or groups it is reasonable to include in the project. Who is the association able to reach? 1-2 target groups are enough for a small project.

- siniseksi jos ovat hyödynsaajia, muttei osallistujia
- vihreäksi jos ovat sekä hyödynsaajia että osallistujia
- keltaiseksi jos ovat osallistujia, muttei hyödynsaajia
When you have added them all, colour them in
- blue, if they are beneficiaries but not participants
- green, if they are both beneficiaries and participants
- yellow if they are participants, but not beneficiaries
