1. This might be a funny example, but I find it entertaining to put Ikea furniture together without the instructions. This ends up being collaborative and turned into a game most of the time.
2. This could be another example of parenting. I have learned so much along the way. I had to make changes and adjustments to see what worked and what didn't so that our family could cooperatively live in peace and harmony for hopefully the majority of the time.

1. Learning how to be a mother to 2 children. One boy and one girl which are two completely different situations. I read books, listened to what they had to say and learned how to communicate on their level.
2. Going back to college at 41. I made the decision to change careers and have dedicated myself to doing the best job I possibly can.

1. This again was used in the Veterinary Field. If an animal came in in bad shape that wasn't anything normal, we had to take what we knew, adjust it, solve the issue and walked away knowing something new.
2. Also with my children, if they ever had an issue that needed solving and understanding on their level, I would have to take what I knew and accommodate it so that they could understand. I always walked away learning something from their perspective.

1. My first real experience with this was in a college math course. Learning what the actual algorithm stood for and how to apply it to real life.
2. Another would be a college public speaking class. I never really thought I would use any of those techniques until later in life when I had to.

1. One experience I have had with this is when I was a cheerleader in school. To perform most of the tasks, it required at least 2 to 3 people.
2. Another experience would be with group assignments in school. Going beyond just doing your part and actively helping others and receiving help.
3. In the Veterinary Field. When it comes to handling aggressive dogs, it sometimes requires 3 to 4 set of hands and each person must know their part.
