         <description><![CDATA[<div>It can be recognised that factors such as economic factors such as their work place that may clash with activities. Their family structure that may involve employment in another country or area can possibly another barrier. <br><br>However, as mentioned above there are many different types of family structures and this can create a barrier, step families and structures that involve divorced caregivers may cause difficulty in attending and interacting in activities.</div>]]></description>

I have listed some below.<br><br>-work hours limit availability<br>-extended family pick up and drop off<br>-commitments with other children<br>-family structures (divorce, break down, shared custody etc)<br>-lack of confidence <br>-lack of a sense of belonging with the educational setting<br>-lack of motivation to be involved in child's learning (may not be aware of the benefit)<br>-communication issues between parent and educational setting</div>]]></description>

Other families may experience barriers in the form of work and family commitments, or a lack of encouragement and invitation from educators.          <description><![CDATA[<div>Overtime I think there has been a merge in the communication methods we use personally and professionally. As more businesses are moving online, a lot of correspondence happens through social networking sites such as facebook and instagram. I personally prefer messaging or emailing as opposed to phone calls as this can be done in your own time and allows you to be prepared with the information you may need when answering questions or creating plans.</div>]]></description>

Before studying i probably would of understood it as just a conversation between two parties, however now i know it is more in-depth and meaningful then I ever thought. Partnerships have influenced my understanding by implementing how important they are into my practice and how without a meaningful one, consequences may follow. This will influence my practice by persuading me to make better connections with other caregivers and partners involved, with this knew knowledge i can implement more knowledge rather then just my own.</div>]]></description>
