Virtual Learning Rocks 😍

So far we’re very happy. My son is always very busy. The teacher has a “plan B” in case Zoom is not working, so no free time 👌. I’m amazed how the teacher can be so organized and aware of each student. After school is over he still has homework to do which is excellent. We’re so happy to be in virtual and have a full schedule every day of the week!

Virtual Learning
Awesome!!!
We have a great Teacher, she's the able to get the attention of 37 students and effectively give directions.

The first two weeks were a bit challenging but last week the kids were focused and ready to learn.

Best decision for our Family. No regrets.

I continue to be impressed with the virtual learning experience, which is all thanks to you, Mrs. DuPriest! This is a challenging time for all of us: teachers, students and parents, but you have established a structured routine with available resources to help along the way whenever a need arises. Communication through Schoology or ClassDojo is user-friendly and communication channels have been open and a breeze.

What I'm most impressed with, however, is that 5th grade IS a challenge...specifically when doing so virtually. Well after school has ended we are still working on assignments and pushing hard through every problem to learn it well. That is a symbol of excellent leadership from the school as they embarked on such a crazy circumstance, but an even greater testament to the teacher(s) for taking the reigns and creating a great learning environment through it all.

Thank you for all that you do! We are working hard and learning well. :)
