Et un m'a beaucoup plus, le tissu. Alors, j'ai décidé de m'inspirer de la Véronique tenant le linceul du christ . Prendre un grand drap sur lequel superposer le motif et ensuite, utiliser comme support un mannequin qui ferait office de Véronique. Mais l'idée ne convenait pas, le mannequin serait trop visible. Donc, il était préférable d'utiliser un support, discret qui permette comme même au tissu de se déformer pour que le motif puisse changer. Beaucoup d'idées me sont venues en tête mais je ne me voyais pas retranscrire ces idées sur le papier. Alors, j'ai choisi d'utiliser la photographie et plus particulièrement la photographie argentique. Cette technique que je n'avais essayé qu'une fois m'attirait pour ce projet.
En repensant au film de Chantal Ackerman, sur la vie d'une femme au foyer qui ne passe sa vie qu'à faire des tâches ménagères, cela a fait écho chez moi à toutes les femmes qui font des actions qui  paraissent insignifiantes et auquel on ne l'on prête pas attention. Ainsi, j'ai décidé en m'inspirant du titre du roman de Stefan Zweig, 24 heures dans la vie d'une femme, de prendre une série de 12 photos retraçant une routine silencieuse mais avec un lourde signification. Une routine qui pourrrait être celle de ma mère, de votre grand-mère, ou de votre tante. La seconde que j'ai visité (immigrations est et sud-est asiatiques) m'a plus marqué. Même si elle était plus historique que l'autre j'ai préféré les oeuvres de cette exposition et j'ai apprécié le fait qu'elle soit si complète.

En effet l'idée même d'inventer un objet pour faire de l'art, puis de le tester est un processus compliqué. Pendant un long moment je ne trouvais pas d'idée mais il est nécessaire de se lancer pour pouvoir avancer dans le projet.

Lorsque que j'ai vu le tableau de la belle odalisque je l'ai pris pour la venus à son miroir. Malgré les ressemblances ces deux oeuvres sont très différentes. Mais j'ai quand même décidé de me servir de cette idée afin de la réustiliser.

En effet, elle était grande et très riche avec des oeuvres très différentes qui traversent l'histoire et l'espace. J'ai apprécié le fait que la comissaire d'exposition ait fait le choix de mélanger des pièces d'époques différentes et de les regrouper par thèmes au lieu de simplement suivre un ordre chronologique sur la représentation des animaux fantastiques dans l'art.

Je trouve interressant le choix que le musée a fait d'avoir presque uniquement des oeuvres exposées et de laisser apparaître aux yeux des visiteurs les rares qui ne le sont pas.
