Job creation is one of India's most challenging problem. The government wants to decrease the unemployment rate by creating job opportunities via support for innovation, thus resulting in economic growth.

"India is a country with over 1.2 billion people, 379 million (31%) of which are between the ages of 18 and 35 (Census of India, 2011). And, many of these young people are in search of jobs, despite being educated. For example, only one in every four urban males under 29 years is employed even though they hold at least a certificate or diploma (National Sample Survey Office, 2013). The aim of the government has been to create employment opportunities for youth while focusing on rapid economic growth. Entrepreneurship development is one of the mechanisms adopted by the Government of India towards the creation of job opportunities. The government's assumption is that support for innovation will enhance entrepreneurship development, which will in turn accelerate economic growth." However, there are some tribulations. The rural area has manual life. Health care service in rural area is very poor, as a result many people are suffering diseases like tuberculosis. Most of the land in India is owned by rich people and lending it to poor people with expensive price.

This life has created the migration to urban area in India.

When India became independent from the British in 1947, they faced economic crisis and poverty, which cause chaos. Amid this, it became crucial for larger local businesses to gain favor from those with power in order to continue manufacturing and selling their products. To keep those with power on their side, bribes were exchanged to satisfy personal benefits. It started from finding firm ground and ensuring protection during national turmoil, to a prolonged establishment of threats and demands.

"People corrupted power to survive, you can't really blame that on the Indian businessmen however, it may be necessary for the nation to stand up and build the government from the floor up again" -Narendra Modi

"Home." Ccoindia.org.

The most problematic method of corruption is Indian government officials continuously taking advantage of their authority and manipulating the law for personal gain. In 2016, Adarsh Society building, originally a 6-story housing project for war widows, received illegal fundings from politicians and military officers and it is now a 31-story apartment. Further acts of corruption took place when the flats were allegedly sold to the riches at prices much cheaper than the market rate. A more common way of corruption happens between businessmen and commissioners. Businessmen bribe and pay powerful men for if they fall out of favor from any of the government officers, they are in danger of losing their business, land, and factory.

"Politicians like to poison something so pure and innocent. Many men make empty promises of ending corruption but once they taste the ill earned money in their pockets; nothing can stop them." - Reshad Warasi

"A Brief History Of Corruption After Independence." Issues and Challenges in India.

The preeminent problem caused by corruption is the stagnant growth in India. It has been a developing country for nearly 4 decades however compared to other Asian nations nearby, the GDP hasn’t grown as much as it should have. The living conditions of the Indian citizens are below average. For example, most roads have a life of 2 to 5 years, when more economically developed countries are able to build roads that hold up to 20 years. This is due to contractors using cheap materials to fill up their pockets. There are many local infrastructures that fall apart causing fatal accidents as well. Furthermore, lower class citizens face severe poverty and lack of education systems provided at school makes it impossible for children to improve their economic status.

"India can't escape corruption because India is built upon the law of corruption, hatred and greed. At this point it's engraved in our blood." -Pratibha Patiel

"Home." Ccoindia.org. N. p., 2018.

Many nations are characterized by social inequality and India has the most complicatedly constructed inequality (the Indian institution of caste). Caste involves hundreds of millions of people and the caste ranking and caste based interaction have occurred for centuries and it will continue to do in the future, also there are more in the countryside than in the urban settings. Castes are ranked, named, in - marrying groups, membership in which is achieved by birth and it is connected across regions and throughout the nation. Many castes are traditionally associated with job, such as high ranking Brahmans; middle -ranking farmer and artisan groups
, such as potters and low-ranking "Untouchable" leatherworkers, butcher, launderers and more.

"The unsuccessful yogi, after many, many years of enjoyment on the planets of the pious living entities, is born into a family of righteous people, or into a family of rich aristocracy (Bhagavad-gita 6.41)
http://countrystudies.us/india/89.htm

Hindus and Muslims have conflicted in India since the partition of 1947, when half the Muslim population of India split off to become their own country, Pakistan. The other half stayed in India, spread throughout the country. Many blamed Muslims for the division of the country. The conflict between India and Pakistan forced Muslim Indians to prove their loyalty to India, furthering the internal conflict between Hindu and Muslim Indians, and the number of riots between Hindus and Muslims is higher than ever.

"The sovereignty of scriptures of all religions must come to an end if we want to have a united integrated modern India." - B.R.
