         <description><![CDATA[<div><br>2 questions I have...Is it weird to introduce the concept of circles in the middle of a semester? How would you navigate that? <br><br>1 connection I made...a lot of issues that came up around the responsive circle conversation are universal, it's cool to have a new tool for addressing these issues that seems to be an effective, empowering way for students to be a part of the process.</div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>3 Things I learned<br>1-Circles can be used for content<br>2-Circles can be used to re-norm the class when there are rules being broken<br>3-Questions can be worded in a way that circles around the issue to get students to not be defensive.<br>2 Questions<br>1-What happens if students can't come up with suggestions that are appropriate after further questions are asked?<br>2- How long did it take to learn how to ask good questions of students?<br>1 Connection<br>We can start to get students to take responsibility for things such as bad sub reports. </div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>I learned that elem teachers have the same issues as we do in middle school.&nbsp;<br>I learned that I am already doing some good restorative techniques in my class already.<br>I learned that it is only October and these RJ techniques can truly make a difference in my class NOW!&nbsp;<br>I&nbsp; have some ?'s about how to use approp. RJ humor in class without the kids going crazy?<br>I have some ?'s about how I can help those severe kiddos participate appropriately?<br>I made a connection with my peeps that it is imperative to have these types of RJ techniques in our classrooms.  </div>]]></description>
