The Soviet Union and the United States didn't follow the human rights so they denied the human right to follow the human rights. "Enumerating the rights of every human on Earth, as the drafters of the Cold War between the Soviet Union and the United States and the perpetrators of genocide, torture, and human rights violations often go unpunished."
