Create a happy and belonging space. Starts with regulation of self for us first and than the students will follow.


How do we show we care? How do we meet the students where they are and still provide a learning environment for ALL students.


Sharing our zone in zones of regulation - red zone/angry... modelling for students that is is ok to share how you are feeling - even if it is a more difficult emotion to share. Modelling to our students authentic/trust/community and belonging.


Connection for students through the classroom environment and the container the teacher establishes for the students.
