The second stanza the speaker is talking about how love can keep some full and covered. 
The third stanza the speaker is talking about how the speakers love will always give his lover direction, make them feel safe, and they will always be there. 
The fourth stanza is talking about how love is all the speaker has to give, but is all one needs to live on. The speaker is getting across that if you love someone you don't need a lot to give and how even tho the speaker doesn't have much he will always give is love.
