To begin with the fabric in large bolts are received and usually stored in the factory’s warehouse. Secondly, the fabric relaxing is performed either manually or mechenically so as that the fabric quality is assured by manual spot-checking. If the fabric has defects, it will be returned to the manufacturer. Thirdly, the fabric is cut into uniform piles, and then, it is spread. Next, the fabric is cut according to the garment laid on the piles. In step four, the fabric is embroidered and screen printed. Both embroidery and screen printing are determined by the customer. Following this, sewing machine operators receive the cut fabric and repeatedly sew the same portion of the garment, passing to the next operators. After that, spots on the fabric are often marked with a sticker and taken to the spot-cleaning area. There, the garment are cleaned using steam, hot water or chemical stain removers. Then, the garments are transferred to the ironing section for final pressing. At the final stage, the garments are folded, tagged, sized and packaged in protective plastic bags. Lastly, the final products are pieced in cardboard boxes and shipped to the client distribution centers to sell in retail stores.

The goods do not match the requirements of our company. Please, make arrangement to replace goods. We require compensation for shipping cost 100$.

If you can replace the items, please let us know so we can arrange the delivery time.
