         <description><![CDATA[<div>when you sit down you aren't doing any exercise and you are problem eating, but you get lots of exercise when you are up and outside and maybe doing stuff in the gym or maybe playing some sports to. And you don't always have to eat healthy you can eat what ever you would like. sitting is bad for your blood, muscles, heart,&nbsp; posture and brain.&nbsp;keeping it is good for playing sports. </div>]]></description>
