There is no any ideology or command feeling, and everybody is in charge of themselves. 
Maybe it's just my perception, I don't know, I hope for others the life of our university is alive and vivid.

OFC there are a lot of pros, but I've found some cons too
1)The way of placing cards seems to be illogical
2) There are some troubles with voice recording, I was forced to do it 5 times :D
