Si le salaire actuel de l’assistant maternel est en dessous de ce minimum, il devra obligatoirement être augmenté à 4.20€ brut/heure.


  • De plus, en raison de l'augmentation du minimum garanti, le tarif minimum des indemnités d'entretien évolue également.

    Le nouveau montant minimal des indemnités d'entretien de l'assistant maternel est donc de 3,92€ pour une journée de 9 heures d'accueil.


Le montant de l'indemnité d'entretien est proratisé en fonction du nombre d'heures d'accueil dans la journée. Le montant ne peut toutefois jamais être inférieur à 2,65€ par jour quelle que le soit la durée d'accueil (même pour 1h).
