In the 11th book in  the Captain Underpants series, Tippy was influenced that his name was funny causing him to try to end the world with a big pair of robot pants that has multiple weapons to destroy everyone that ever made fun of his name starting off by destroying the school he used to work at where George, Harold, and Captain Underpants is at but was sent back in to the dinosaur land to find more people that make fun of him which was the cause that made him EVIL.
