More problems have surfaced which causes the need for people to deal with it. It has grown over time because the Government, to keep the nation going, feels that through enforcement and regulations, it can help the nation better prosper and stay balanced. I do not feel it was our forefathers intention, but at the same time, the forefathers could not have anticipated what our country has experienced, or has become.
