My mum mostly raised my sister and I as a single parent. She is, without question, my greatest female role model. Her ability to looks at life through a lens of compassion - to all beings; her approach to gratitude and being in the moment; her wisdom and listening ear, which has been a lifeline for me during wobbly moments. Not to mention her unswerving determination and endurance when it comes to DIY projects!

I want to wish a happy IWD to all the women out there and their cheerleaders too! But this is a special shout out to all the Neurodivergent women out there who have that added layer of challenge but use it to bring wonderful skills, personalities, ideas and fresh perspectives to our business and communities. You absolutely smash the boundaries every day, and by having the Neurodiversity Group we now have a place where we can be each others support system. Lets have the bravery to keep challenging the "normal" ways of working and learning, to open minds and hearts of people to embrace differences as a benefit to all. Sending all the love!
