My overall experience has been beneficial because of the teachers who approached teaching with a more conscious effort and taught me to approach learning and my role as learner in the same way.
I entered with expectations of challenging, thought altering course work and stimulating lectures. I envisioned understanding things I could never grasp before. It was not that I was excited just by the idea of learning new information and I was excited also to be taught by experts. However, the "Masters in Education program" has been beneficial for me throughout my educational teaching career.Different courses provided by University help me to gain new skills in the teaching profession.After completing  Educational Leadership course, I feel transformational leadership is best leadership to manage a school effectively and transformational leader encourages and inspires employees to innovate and develop new ways to grow and improve the path to a future learning. Learning Design and Technology has prepared me to design and evaluate learning experiences effectively.Even it helps me to develop advanced skills such as critical thinking, analysis, evaluation, and creation.
The Emergent Technologies course helps me to explore adaptive learning analytics Simulation,game-based learning activities, virtual or Augmented Reality Competency.Learning as Engagement has given me a way to understand students and how to manage a classroom through different learning strategies.MEd Research Final Write Up,course is for the thesis writing,where I have to design, analysis and evaluate research on certain topic.Overall my two years learning journey is memorable and I feel proud to be one of the graduate student of the Masters in Education program at University of Applied Research and Development.

I am an introvert and I enjoy dancing.I have a desire to teach in the remote areas of Nepal.
