         <description><![CDATA[<div>A <strong>tropical cyclone</strong> is a rapidly rotating storm system characterized by a low-pressure center, a closed low-level atmospheric circulation, strong winds, and a spiral arrangement of thunderstorms that produce heavy rain. Depending on its location and strength, a tropical cyclone is referred to by different names, including hurricane, typhoon, tropical storm, cyclonic storm, tropical depression, and simply cyclone. A hurricane is a tropical cyclone that occurs in the Atlantic Ocean and northeastern Pacific Ocean, and a typhoon occurs in the northwestern Pacific Ocean; while in the south Pacific or Indian Ocean, comparable storms are referred to simply as “tropical cyclones” or “severe cyclonic storms”.<br><br></div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>Most tropical cyclones form in a worldwide band of thunderstorm activity near the equator, referred to as the Intertropical Front (ITF), the Intertropical Convergence Zone (ITCZ), or the monsoon trough. Another important source of atmospheric instability is found in tropical waves, which contribute to the development of about 85% of intense tropical cyclones in the Atlantic Ocean and become most of the tropical cyclones in the Eastern Pacific. The majority forms between 10 and 30 degrees of latitude away of the equator, and 87% forms no farther away than 20 degrees north or south.<br><br></div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>The disasters of a hurricane depends on the category:<br>- Category 1: the wind speed belongs between 119 to 153 km/h. Its only affect to vegetation and posters.<br>-Category 2: between 154 to 177 km/h.<br>Only affect in teh electricity post, vegetation and buildings that have a deformation in the structure.<br>-Category 3: between178 to 208 km/h. Affect in small buildings ansn the inundation of the coast.<br>-Category 4: between 209 to 251 km/h.<br>Affect only in building.<br>-Categoty 5: wind speed higher than 252 km/h. The secutity dparment say to leave the are more than 6 km to the interior part of the land.<br>These are called "Saffir-Simpson scales" and are differentiated by the intensity of the speed of the winds</div>]]></description>

This is terrifyingly powerful and have been described as of “life-threatening” strength by the National Hurricane Centre. </div><div>2) ENDURANCE: Hurricane Irma is expected to register Category 4+ for five consecutive days - only the fourth time this has happened since 1966. </div><div>3) LOCATION: Hurricane Irma is the furthest east in the Atlantic Ocean a 175mph+ hurricane has ever been recorded. </div>]]></description>
