Maybe we may use an organization if we want it. But, we have to know that first, I'm your partner, a human with all their rights. Then I'm a worker.
And of course, all our final works, ideas, products aren't going to be a thing that we own. Yes, we created. But first of all, you must think: I'm doing this for all my community, to live better. It was brutal, and we are not going to hide that. All this history may be impossible to overcome, but we will not stop asking for justice. For that, we need to make sure it doesn't going to happen ever again. To have that, we need to act: sign alliances, and contracts, and even promises.  But most of all, we need unity. If one community tries to dominate the other, all the others communities have to stop that. A united front is the most secure way to assure that all human rights will continue to be protected.  We are not going to let war come again because peace will be our priority.
