Getting input while managing numbers

I think quite a number of teams may need input/data for some of their projects (e.g. Enactment/Implementation of ENA syllabus and NT syllabus, use of SLS, use of IMs, discussion-based pedagogies, assessment pedagogies/practices, PD needs, use of TLG, pilots....). 130+ secondary schools means trying to visit each school at least once in six years = 20+ schools per year. (School Visits are purposeful and there might be 'multi-track' for different reasons, but the sheer numbers will still be real.) Hence, Team will probably need to ramp up the number of schools to engage. But manpower is still a constraint, hence, one way could be to still have a core 'School Visits team' (maybe 3-4 members), and for each school visit one team member can be teamed with two other non-team unit officers. This helps us to (1) broaden our outreach, (2) collect more data for various projects, (3) raise each visit team's competencies from 2 to 3 officers without (4) taking up too much time for core team while (5) raising all unit officers competencies in this aspect.

I observe that the focus of school visits seems to be ENA more than NT for this year. Was just wondering, considering that this is the first year of implementation of the 2020NT syllabus, what is the feedback from schools so that we can better support them in future?

Would school visits team consider reviewing the approach to engaging schools? Rather than once off school visit every few years, would it help if we have a POC for each zone from our unit to better engage and guide schools in implementation of the the SSS curriculum?
