(School Visits are purposeful and there might be 'multi-track' for different reasons, but the sheer numbers will still be real.) Hence, Team will probably need to ramp up the number of schools to engage. But manpower is still a constraint, hence, one way could be to still have a core 'School Visits team' (maybe 3-4 members), and for each school visit one team member can be teamed with two other non-team unit officers.
