Question 1
I would like to choose running. The main reason is I think waterlogged sports are trouble , you need to change into swimsuit and go to a swimming pool for swimming , but for running , you can run in nearly any clothes and anywhere , very convenient. Also , running is like a walk in the park if you aren't aiming to be a professional , you need to know how to float on water if you want to swim , which not everyone can do at all . But running is easy , running has the meaning of ‘walk faster’ , and everyone can walk faster , everyone can run ! Overall , running is more convenient and easier to people , so I would choose running instead of swimming.

If I were to choose between running and swimming, I would go for swimming. The reason is that swimming can burn a lot of calories without heavy impact on the joints but running for a long time may hurt our joints. Besides, swimming has a positive impact on cardiovascular health, as the deep breathing required for the activity works the heart and lungs with every stroke. In my opinion, swimming can provide us with a comprehensive and effective development in our strength and muscle.

I admire professional swimmers. This is because they dedicate most of their time to swimming. They can endure intensive pratices and exercises to prepare for the swimming competitions. Also, they always need to be able to deal with loss. When they lose a racen they must keep optimistic and recover quickly. I really admire their persistence and their great effort for swimming.

I will choose swimming because frequent and extended periods of running may damage the joints. Swimming is less intensive and it can exercise all of the body’s muscles, as opposed to running, which only exercises the arms and the legs. Swimming also has four different strokes, while there is only one set of movement for running.

2B32
If I were to choose between swimming and running,I will choose swimming.Firstly, swimming is more interesting as there is different strokes to learn while running only have one geisture Secondly, swimming can train nearly all of my muscles and also my respiration system. Moreover,I like to play with water since I’m small, especially when summer, imagine swimming in the cool water while the weather is hot!
