This is showing Scottish resistance because Wallace and his army is taking full control within Scotland by killing English soldiers, this resistance further limited English power.

This is showing Scottish resistance because Over 6600 Scot’s led by Wallace revolted against a much larger English army in hope to defeat England and win independence even though they were at a disadvantage they still defended against the English.

This is because being the guardians of Scotland meant that they were in control of the country and were put there due to their military leadership which impressed Scottish nobles and gained them lots of support from the people of Scotland.

Showing resistance because even though Wallace resigned as guardian he still revolted against the English.

This shows resistance because in 1305 when Wallace was taken to Tower of London about to be hung drawn and quartered he still stated not guilty of treason as he didn’t swear an oath of fealty to the king.
