         <description><![CDATA[<div>I think I have a good shape. I always walk every morning to the bus stop. To stay shape. I usually walk  alone on the street. I spend about 20 minutes for walking each time.  I usually eat vegetables and fruits and I eat fish meat instead of other meats to stay on shape. Sometimes, I also drink milk tea. I usually eat fish meat, fruit and I sometimes I drink milk tea. I try to avoid fast food and sweet food, because  it not much nutrients. If we eat them for a long time, it will make us obese and some disease. I have many bad eating habits such as drinking milk tea, forgetting breakfast, eat fast food and  lazy exercise when finished eating. Staying in shape helps you good healthy, confident and happy in your life and work. And it also helps you love yourself more. On average, I sleep 6 hours a day and I go to bed at 12 pm.          <description><![CDATA[<div>I guess that i got a good body with 1m70 of height   and 60kg of weight ,i often workout at the gym about 4-5 times a week and i usaully spend 45-60 minutes for a day but only trainning cannot help me get a fit body ,i have to combine  whole food and workout also avoid fastfood,junk food,beer,cigarret these things are not good for my body if i want to get fit .Sleeping is important as well ,i usually go to bed at 11:30 and get up at 6:30, if i do not sleep enough i will be in bad mood .Finally if you want to have a good shape just remember 3 things eat,train,sleep and repeat.</div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>Hello teacher, today I would love to talk about my fitness and eating habits. I think I have a good shape. But it was a story of 3 years ago and I'm not very good right now, exactly I was thinner than before. Now I'm a boy with a computer and of course that boy will be very lazy to exercise. I used to be more active than I am now. Back to the story 3 years ago, I had a beautiful body by going to the gym for 2 hours every even day of week. But at the present, I only exercise by running around the street once a month, yeah that's a lot. I just eat to full, not eat to stay in shape. But I don't really like sweets, so I don't have to worry about gaining weight.<br>I avoid fastfood because it really unhealthy although it is very convenient. Referring to be unhealthy there are 3 eating habits you should avoid: eat fast food, skip meals and drink lots of alcoholic. And there are 3 things to stay in shape: eat well, sleep on time and usually do exercise. Stay in shape helps you to be healthier and more handsome (more beautiful if female). I sleep 2 to 8 hours a day. I often go to bed at 00:00am to 3:00am or overnight if I have a lot deadline.</div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>Hi teacher, my name is Hieu, today I would like to talk about my fitness and eating habits.I think I have a good shape.I often exercise in morning every day.I often go to gym with my friend and I usually go to play soccer with friends on the weekends. I spend about 1 hour 30 minutes for playing soccer.I eat egg,meat,chicken and vegetable <br>because it helps build muscle for my gym and to stay in shape.I avoid fast food,oily food,sweets because its a lot of fat and Not good for the body. Unhealthy eating habits are skip meal, not eating on time , eat a lot without exercise. Staying in shape helps you have a great body and good health. I sleep 8 hours a day.          <description><![CDATA[<div>Hi teacher, my name is Hoàng, today I would like to talk about my fitness and eating habits.I presume that good shape is a trend which a lot of people, especially younger people really like and tend to.for me, i have a nice body this is because i exercise, go swimming,do sport and go to the gym frequently.in the morning, i walk on the street near my house. in noon, the weather is so hot. i and some friends go swimming and then we play soccer together.it makes me feel comfortable. moreover, i eat alot of vegetables and fruits. i often drink water as well.i avoid sweet and fastfood. they are unhealthy food. they contain harmful subtances for my body.in addition, breakfast is very important so i never skip it. everyday, i spend 8 hours on sleeping. when i  finish my home, i go to bed. it is about 9 p.m. keeping in shape not only help you have a nice body but also suffer from some serious diseases. thank you.</div>]]></description>

First of all, i don't have a good shape, so i wanna have a good shape, so i usually push up and running in the morning before go to school. I eat 3 meals per day, and i think the breakfast is the most important, it give you energy for all day . i eat good food like egg, meat and fruit, they have alots of protein and vitamin. Also, i avoid of fast food and snack, because they have too much fat.          <description><![CDATA[<div>Hello teacher. My name is Phuong. I think that having a good health and having a good shape is a very important issue for girls now. And I think I have a good shape.To stay in shape,  I usually  do yoga in the evening or running in the park in the afternoon with my friend. I do yoga in my living room ,sometime i go to gym do yoga. I spend 1 hours for it each day or more.To have a nice body, not only need to exercise hard, we also need a reasonable diet.I often eat a lot of food like meat, seafood, vegetables, etc. I have a passion for food so I eat all kinds of food but with some unhealthy foods I usually don't eat or eat less.In particular, we should avoid fast food because of too much fat, so it is not good for the heart and liver and especially shape.In order to have a beautiful shape and good health, we need to avoid some eating habits unhealthy like eating too much, eating fast food, eating fatty foods, eating too late, not eating three meals, drinking too much soda... Having a good shape and good health makes me feel beautiful more, more confident and healthier. Sleep is also an important part of staying in shape and in good health. In my opinion, I always sleep 9 hours a day and usually go to bed at 12:30 am. On holidays or weekends I think I can sleep more than it. To be honest, I’m a slim body because I usually stay up late to finish my homework and skip breakfast. I eat 2 meals a day, there are lunch and dinner, I go to sleep at 1 a.m, which is my daily habits. Gradually, I realized that my health has been downgraded. Therefore, I go to the gym with my friends four times a week to improve health. I like food made from meat and fish because it’s tasty and healthy. Moreover, I’m not only eat more vegetables and fruits but also limit junk food. Sometimes, I’ll eat fastfood because it’s handy and made quickly but it's unhealthy. I could say that i rarely exercise because of my laziness.<br><br>2.  To stay in shape, I spend about 30 minutes on going jogging with my friends at the park or along the river.<br><br>3. I often run at the park or along the river in the city<br><br>4. I often eat bread and omelet for breakfast. For lunch, I have salad and boiled eggs. I replace dinner with fruits or smoothie, it's yummy. <br><br>5. I usually eat vegetables and fruits. I sometimes eat cakes because they are too sweet for me.<br><br>6. I avoid fast food, soda, alcohol. Everyone knows they are bad for our health.<br><br>7. i avoid fast food because it has too much oil inside and it's extremely bad for health. It causes of heart decease and others I think.<br><br>8. Unhealthy eating habits such as do not have enough meals per day, skip breakfast or dinner, eat fast food too much.<br><br>9. There are lots of advantages of staying in shape. It helps us to move easily. We are going to have a nice body and good health to apply for a job or just to have a good looking. <br><br>10. I sleep 8 hours a day. I wake up at 6 am and go to bed at 10 pm. This is my routine and I'm used to it.</div>]]></description>
